  3. How long did u have to wait for your shims bubba? I ordered 2 x1.49 shims last week, I've allowed 3 weeks is that about right?
  4. Yeah 17" drifteks 9" front 9.5" rear? Dunno about the offset, the fronts are running like 20mm spacers lol
  5. I've got it sussed, the "drainage hole" that simple tool pointed out is just a bolt, the outlet I'm refuring to is the drainage hole. I will be running the can packed with steel wool in-between the hose going to turbo and passenger side cam cover. I will also put a hose back on bridging the cam covers, Correct???
  6. Ok that all make sence guys cheers, I'm going to re plumb it 2moro, the only thing that concerns me is there is another outlet on the can near the bottom on the strut tower side, I guess I will just plug it up?
  7. Cheers mate, tiny bit outta my price range, and it's in Sydney, I'd like to pick up s reasonably priced second hand one.
  8. Forgot to mention I'm in Melbourne
  9. As the title states I'm after a cage for my 32. Half cage , full cage ,bolt in, weld in , show me what you've got!! Cheers - Trent
  10. Ok so if there was a hose bridging the 2 cam covers would it be efficient? They are kinda technically bridged but through the catch can. Also what do u make of the 3rd outlet on the catch can? I would imagine the catch can wouldn't fill because the outlet is at the bottom(see diagram) other setups I have seen have that outlet up the top with some sort of filter. Also I'm not sure how to check the pcv valve? Thanks for your input
  11. ok here are a few pix and a diagram i drew alot of the oil in the engine bay can be explained by the outlet (which cant be seen in the ppic because it is at the bottom faceing the strut) on the catch can, but some of the spray appears to be from where the dip stick is
  12. Cheers dorifticon, that explains alot, because I'm not that mechanically minded but pretty handy with tools how would I go about cleaning the pcv valve? A picture of an rb20 where the valve is would be awesome, I will also post a pic of the current catch can setup, Cheers
  13. Sweet dude I'll give him a call, he posts his stuff doesn't he? It's just a pain in the arse driving to epping from the east, I'll check out another place I found this week aswell.
  14. I will check, I just read that a incorrectly plumbed catch can could be an issue? I bought the car with one on have never seen a drop in it. Just a thought
  15. I probably don't want to ask but what causes crankcase pressure?
  16. Hey guys, I've noticed abit of oil around the drivers side of the engine bay and it appears that it is coming out of where my dip stick goes in as the dip stick is popped out everytime I check, I am going to order a new dip stick because of heard that the seal can be rooted, what are the other causes of this and how bad can the problems be? Cheers in advance - trent
