What do you know or heard about new laws whereby the cops can nick you for not paying attention to the road ahead (no! not undue care and attention) I have heard 1 point and $50 for putting on a cd.....another was lighting a cigerette? (smokes and lighter was in his chest pocket, eyes never left the road) What does this mean if you adjust mirrors on the run, talk on a U.H.F, glance at your Sat Nav, reach for a/c controls, the list goes on. If i was to look myself what website should i be looking at. Am in QLD.

I'm buying new 550cc now, so the others will now be for sale, not sure how much thou, will need to check condition when they come out, the work will be done by Mercury Motorsport on Monday.

I have a wet c/f bonnet (fibreglass/cf overlay) on my z33, it came with an aluminium bonnet too but the c/f is lighter....but i just wanted it for the looks, i haven't checked to see if it's legal but my insurance company has just knocked me back for haveing it, i have a insurance broker seeing who he can find for me.

I as yet have had no problems with rain but i do get an engine with bug splatters.

quink,............... i've heard around the ridges that there are companies crash testing carbon bonnets to meet ADR approvel, will your exterior bits be ADR items? I have a lovely wet carbon bonnet on my z33 but my insurance company has now knocked me back because of it, do you or anyone else know who insures these carbon bits, I had wanted a nose cone, bonnet, front gaurds, mirrors, 3d wing for a r34 project but not if i can't insure the thing.

The injectors are HKS, I got them mixed up with my Tomei fuel pump.

Its good to hear a few companies are organiseing the ADR's but who'll insure them, i have just been knocked back after revealing i have a c/f bonnet, and before any clown says don't tell them you have it, i don't want to be paying a high premium only to have them cancel my policy when i make a claim because i withheld the info to start with. I'm checking an insurance broker today but still would be interested in hearing from others.

Hi Guys n Gals, I have an r33 with 720cc injectors (Tomie i think)(shit i think i spelt that wrong)...the injectors are way to big for what i need and i'm haveing trouble getting a sweet tune from them, i am looking for a clean swap for some 550cc injectors. My plans are for Mercury Motorsport to do the work and ideally would like the injectors dropped off there for the swap, i live 900kms away so i would book the car in for the work when i have confirmation on you wanting to do the swap. Yes I was told Ares does scissor doors but I'm not that happy with there previous work.......I must have the worst luck of any enthusiest out there.

r33 impul freak........i took my liner in there for a service and they didn't put my sump plug back in properly, if it wasn't for Ace exhaust whom i took the car to straight after for some work i would have had a siezed motor.......before that i asked Garth for a c.f.bonnet and he never got around to ordering it, i even, some months later asked for a c.f.bonnet for the z and he never got back to me. 350zed.......... off the floor it came with stainless exhaust, k&n filter,brushed door sills,luxury mats including boot,cargo net............i have on the way some TopSecret special edition 18" by 8.5 front & 9.5 rear....245/35 & 275/35 tyres.....orange LED door sills & barker bar (rear strut bar) orange LED z badges (side of car) white side markers with white LED's (nose cone) ......a 4 position short shifter.....5 wire grounding kit...........i plan on getting a Chockets 3d c.f wing from www.gpsports.co.jp......c.f.bonnet (pic on profile)...... c.f radiator cooling plate .......... powerchip from www.powerchip.com........full power package from www.ultimatez.com........and maybe a kit i have my eye on to top it off. Other stuff in consideration...3 pod a piller gauges....c.f. roof scoop/engine cover/battery cover/master cylinder cover/dash.etc.....maybe a full titanium exhaust with titanium headers when i rob another bank....upgrade the to 6000k hid high beam and the list goes on......maybe in 2 years i will have it all......BLOODY CARS!

Check out www.powerchipgroup.com They are developing a chip to be used with 98ron fuel that will bump up the standard 206kw to 220kw (35th anniversary Z is 221kw). Check out www.apexactive on the Gold Coast, they also have exhaust/filter/plug etc, this would have to bump up kw even more. There taking orders for the chip! Jason.

I think it's time for "A Current Afffairs" or "Today Tonight" or similar to do an indepth sorry and solve the question once and for all. I personaly use Optimax as it's the only 98ron in town but i would think there's a good chance all 98ron of being very similar to the point of no differance.....Gimme that Jap fuel baby!

Mud,......thanks for the link, nice tunes, nice bit of skirt, but don't know if i like the way the door near opens 100% then goes vertical, i wonder if that design is pacific to VDC or all kits, it sort of defeats the purpose i think as you can get out without them haveing to go up...............MEL! oops make that some NGK plugs i think it was, i'm all confused now lol, i'm thinking there one step colder than stanard plugs and would work well with ram/forced air induction.

Well i have to say i love the Z, I have a black/orange Track and all you guys in your modified skylines blowing away stock Z's isn't much to brag about, i know cause i also have a 235kw r33 and if i spent the equivelent dollars on my Z then i think you would all be in trouble....GO the Z...and the Liners of course!
