    That's because too many companies still view HR as a bolt on department. Takes some serious ground up work to have HR properly integrated into an organisation where it is actually adding value and not just being a gatekeeper/rule setting bunch of nay sayers.

    $100k commodore... THE f**k! Who pays $100k for a commodore. Know what else puts down 430kw to the rear wheels, will be lighter, handle better and also rip hektik skidz? Any Japanese sports car with some work done to it. You could buy a 33, build a rock solid 25/30 and have a beast of a car, and have enough left over to do it another 2 or 3 times.
