I once worked with a bouncer who was 158cm and weighed 70kg wringing wet. Couldn't fight to save his life, absolutely useless in a stink. Best bouncer I ever worked with He had a silver toungue. He could defuse more or less any situation by talking it down. Smooth talking bastard went home with the hottest bird in the place almost every night as well. A bouncer that can fight is good, a bouncer that doesn't need to is brilliant. Also sad face about battery but I guess that's what happens after three weeks not being used with an alarm fitted as well Hope the fuel hasn't gone stale as well!

So very tough mate. The burden of responsibility that comes with such a task is immense! I mean not only do I have to spend all night having a perv, then there's the chatting I have to do, not to mention keeping large groups of girls happy by buying them bottles of bubbly as well. I'm not sure how I cope with it all, I'm slowly collapsing under the pressure Tonight is going to be real tough, two girls 21st's and the usual corporate hotties in for after work drinks. I mean how's a man supposed to choose between corporate sophistication and a bit of experience or young, easily excitable and keen to get loose and party? Damn my job sucks! Might have to eat ribs for dinner as well. And yes I'm a smarmy, self righteous bastard! But I'll take the good where I can because there are nights where I'll be going home with a few bruises and busted knuckles from breaking up a fight or six after working a 20 hour double with no staff and have to repeat it all the next day. It's not a lifestyle for everyone but it's one I wouldn't trade for anything.

I'm sorry if it sounded like I was having a crack at you for the delay, not my intention at all Dan! It's my work I'm worried about mate They just decided to fire a manager so it looks like I'll be doing more than a few extra shifts for the next few week. It's just a matter of when I'll have a day off next week to come and pick her up and pay you. I won't know that until tomorrow night but hopefully it'll be early in the week, other wise next Thursday (the 7th) as I have the day off to go to uni but that doesn't start until noon so I could be there in the AM. I'm super appreciative for all the work you guys have done and can't wait to have my baby back. You've been great with me, could not be happier! And sucks about the non bolt on "bolt on" IC. Hope it wasn't too much trouble for you!

When you hve no depth and a shitty starting line up you need, more than ever, to be bringing any new talent into an arena where they can get better. You don't become a world class player if you are only facing local competition. I feel the selectors were too worried about public backlash to run untested players to give them a chance to gain the skills and experience they needed. I won't argue the role the demise of the academy had on the quality of players available, that's fairly self evident. The selectors needed to be thinking long term, trying to foster talent when the academy was gone, and trying to show younger talent that they can have a real chance of playing representative cricket instead of discouraging new players with a culture of looking after the under performing old hands.

About bloody time. Cricket Australia needs to clean house. They should have started with the selectors and worked their way down. So much dead wood needs to be trimmed, for the first time in a long time Australia has no depth, but how are young players supposed to prove themselves when too many people who are way past their used by date are hanging around?

Last time I went to a test and tune it was free for me to be a spectator. Maybe they are charging because the top fuel is on later? 8 second passes are fun to watch, I was more impressed by some of the real POS looking cars running 10-11 however. Also, the old Corolla with a 20C rotor in it made me happy in my pants
