Thanks everyone for quick replies, I guess my decision on the setup above is obvious... Gotta stop being a cheap bastard and get'em BC's and be happy, it's just 1299$ or whatever they are feels like heaps of money, but once I look into other mods (unnecessary at this point, but inevitable in future), e.g. FMIC, hi-flo, p1ggyback etc., BC seems reasonable option vs. result. I guess I just gotta wait till something comes by with the BC "PM group buy"... I most likely will be getting the Whiteline swaybar setup, once group buy option on it comes through. Thanks again...

Just bumped into another value for money, if not cheap&best option for my 2001 ARX http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/356597-plenty-of-r33gtr-bits-some-r34gtt-bits-and-v35-coilovers/ I know a few people here installed stock v35 suspension on ARX (e.g. Aaron). And the main argument against was that v35 is too soft. This set is a stiffer 1, figures are somewhat comparable with BC setup. I was also looking into dropping ARX a bit, say, to a regular m35 height, to reduce body roll. So just interested in your opinion on viability of this option as I am not much of a mechanical person and a total noob once it concerns Stags. Any opinions and info is greatly appreciated, as 300$ to right now is definitely the way to go over 1300$...

Thanks... I was just hoping they are readily available in Australia at the regular 300-400$ for shocks all'round... I guess BC is realistically the best option available... Was just hoping for a bit more generous discount... (not that I am complaining or anything).

Was just checking out Russian Stagea site www.nismo.ru. There guys are raving about Kayaba shocks KYB SR NEW SPECIAL for ARX. I looked-up the KYB website in Australia, and they don't have anything for Stagea. So the question is has anyone looked into that option at all?

I was just told that adjustable suspension is illegal in SA. Can anyone confirm that information? There are 2 concerns I have: 1. JustCars only covers legal mods on your car. 2. Car can get defected. So is BC BR illegal or not? Cheers...

Sorryin advance for a dumb question... I gotém dump pipes form 3L v35 skyline in the shed. What are thechances of fitting them onto my ARX... Do they fit, or it's a totally different type of exhaust element?

G'day guyz. I just got myself an ARX 2001 yesterday. Seems like the sway bar upgrade is inevidable, so count me in if it's about sway bars, links & mounts. One question though... From previous posts and comparing stock sway bar from my mate's v35 looks like rear sway bar on my ARX is identical to v35/z350. He ordered his aftermarket one from USA for about 150 incl. delivery. My question is why people buy Selby's rear bars for almost double the price? Sorry if the matter has been discussed befor and I missed it. Cheers.
