Sold my car so need to get rid of some stuff First up is the standard GTiR top mount intercooler - $150 Second, an APEXi SAFC in very good condition, comes with stand and manuals - $350 Third, a GFB Atomic Boost Controller - $70 I'm located near Liverpool in Sydney and prefer pick up for Cooler but will post and right price.

  4. Yeah that time seems very slow for the mods. I ran a 13.9, 2.2 60ft'r at 205mph with 'just' - Front Mount - 13psi - Turbo Back Exhaust - POD FILTA BRO! No suspension mods, and on 235 Marshal Racers (Very very poor tyres) The morning I went down the strip I had it dyno'd and there was a problem, it wouldn't get over 100kw, the crank angle sensor was full retarded and we only knocked the CAS forward so I could have more power, ran again with 169kw An as benm said, you really do have to drive it like you stole it, don't be scared to go that extra step you don't on the street
  5. My dad does metal work, he will be doing the piping. I paid $100 for the cooler, will probably pay another $20 for some piping and will need 2 silicone hoses at around $30 each. It's better then the stock cooler, what can you do.

  7. Well just picked one up for a really good deal (A price cheaper then stock R34 coolers) It looks sweet and fills the gap in the R33 Series I M-Spec bar really well. Here is a pic of it dummied up, I'll weld up the end tanks and make new outlets and get it plummed up hopefully soon.
  8. Same symptoms as mine. Just get a new motor in if you're not gonna go for big power later. Check to see it's got good compression, you may even be able to get a motor with a few mods etc. Otherwise RB30 rebuild sounds good lol
  9. LOL My 2c I heard from a friend of a friend (you all know how it goes) That they don't get the information up on their laptop, they have to radio back in to the station to seek the information and send it back to them. A simple version of it all, but I think that's the correst principle.

  11. I'm pretty sure a couple of others have achieved +200kw with agressive tune. Sorry to bring him up but R33vit also gained 208kw with standard turbo, but with PowerFC. 2RISMO has run a 12.7 with standard turbo and no NOS.
  12. Went in to Shift today, they quoted me approx $1700 for that side mount as displayed And from memory it was another $100 for a full front mount cooler kit. I didn't listen that well because I was so shocked by the cost. Would much rather the Front Mount R31Nismoid, mine may be a special case, but before I got defected mine was running 13psi with Hybrid front mount, full turbo back exhaust all netting me 212.8kw at the wheels on the Unique Autosports Dyno. EDIT - Although my engine was replaced some 15,000kms ago it has been dubbed a freak motor by John as well If my car doesn't sell I'll be going the same path but with stealthy modifications.

  14. Just found these on the Shift Performance website. Does anyone have any opinions or experience on these intercoolers? I just want a good standard turbo application (12 - 13psi) and something easy to install.
