On an RB25DET, how much psi of boost would they be good for?

Looks very good, what are those turbo's capable of producing on a reliable basis?

It will fit, I know a guy with one, he says it goes quick.... I believe him..... the thing screams! R32's are easier to throw around then R33's.

Get the timing checked, one night I was 'cruising' around in my car and all of a sudden it started going sh*t, timing was way out of whack on inspection a couple of weeks later. Don't know if it's that reason for sure, but get it checked anyway.

I have Hybrid and am happy, don't see the difference in coolers for street applications. Just the fin style might look better

A rebuilt and hi-flow turbo just became availible to me at a very good price. I want to run ~16psi (I understand 18psi is approx highest on standard internals) Will just SAFC be good for 16psi? Or need PowerFC? I hafe: - Turbo back zorst and hi flo cat - FMIC - upgraded clutch

Sorry to go off topic, but how much boost were you running for it to blow? And how hard do you drive your cars?

Check the vacuum piping I found the needle moved around in mine when I put in a new line which was a little loose, it's fine now ~18 VAC

I don't see how more boost can make it less driveable. Boost = Power. (Until you go too far, then it becomes bent rods and chipped ring lands)

What brand cooler? Hybrid ones, Powerdigger/Hybrid in Ingleburn should be able to do it for a good price. They should also do other brand ones too. My uncle at Steven's Prestige in Lansvale does em too. Then you have Unique Autosports etc, probably abit of a travel. PM me for more info.

I had the same problem in my R33 GTSt. It got pretty bad one night at a street meet. Every run it would crunch slightly going into 4th no matter how much clutch I had in. Went into Unique Autosports a couple of weeks later to get Redline stuff put into the diff and gearbox and I can't believe how smoother it is, gears go in so smooth, feels brand new.
