After having some fun at Aqua Golf just recently I thought I would organise a day out at the Homebush driving range thanks to SECUR1TY recommendations. I am not %100 sure on what date and time to go so I will set a date a couple of weeks from now, if people want to come and can't make it then we can change it around to suit. They are open 7 days a week, weekdays 5pm to 10pm, weekends 10am to 10pm. Date: Saturday, 2nd of June. (I know this is only a couple of weeks away) Time: 6pm (maybe we could go earlier and get dinner after?) I was hoping to bring a friend along to the pizza cruise but they can't commit. I thought it might be a bit boring to drive there by myself so I was wondering if I could scab a lift with someone OR would some other people like to come in my car. I can pick people up or leave my car at there place or whatever, I'm flexible. Josh

I will put something up in the events section tomorrow after I give th epeople at homebush a call. Even if only a few people go, I just want to swing wildly at some golf balls again.

Thats what I said when I picked up the club. I am going to have to make visits to driving ranges a little more frequent. Would many other people be interested in going? Not just aqua golf, but any nearby driving range.

i went once before and couldn't get it near the bank. This time i had a look at how to hit a golf ball on the net before I went and it worked. I think the gym might have helped aswell. The pond is about 130m to the back. It was funny because the chick I went with plays golf occasionally and I have only played aqua golf once before. The first ball went near the back of the pond and the second one cleared it. it was funny.

Im just wondering who else has been out to Aqua Golf out at penrith and how far they can hit the ball? Also how far is it to the bank on the other side of the pond? I managed to hit the ball over the bank on the other side of the pond quite a few times. Is that good for a sand wedge?

everything, depends more so on the car, its condition, power and the parts that it has on it. Maybe be a bit more specific.

What was the highest recorded dyno reading for the weekend. I saw the rotor master supra make 1070hp at the wheels. music to my ears (second to a screaming RB of course)

Just a thought, can much be saved if you do a massive group buy on oil? The only problem I can see is not everyone uses the same oil. Or maybe buy a massive drum of oil and sell it off to fellow sauers. I guess its not an option if your tightarsing at the moment. Do this. Drain the oil, filter it half a dozen times, put it back in. just kidding. sorry I can't say anything useful.

Is there no aftermarket steering racks for skylines? Whats special about the reinmax oil pump gears giant? Where do you get them from?

just watched the vids. OMG. thats bad, really bad. Especially off the end of the back straight. How about a catch can on the gearbox and maybe the diff aswell just to be sure?
