  1. Just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of a shop that sells beach clothes (wetsuits, boardshorts that kind of stuff). In particular I want to get a long sleeve shirt thats made from wetsuit material. I think they are called "jackets", my old one doesn't fit me anymore. help is appreciatted
  2. I think that guy was on Top Gear or 5th gear. I think he detailed a maserati.
  3. all for an astra. The air running over the body panels would scratch the paint.
  4. well if they didn't say anything its probably ok then. My previous employer had a carbon fibre tailshaft in his race car. They used to wrap it in cellophane to stop it getting chipped. any major scratches can weaken them. Once a guy that was working on the car put a screw into the transmissin tunnel, from the inside of the car, it stuck into tailshaft and put a gouge into it. One new tailshaft later...
  5. Were you advised to protect the driveshaft (when it is in the car) in anyway or does the driveshaft already have some sort of protection over the CF section? I have been told that CF tailshaft don't like scratches and dings.
  6. RPM 5 point from Revolution Race gear, $150. My friend bought one recently. Probably have a 4 point aswell.

  13. Got a couple of IRF520's (good enough for now and a spare incase I melt one). I will pull the sollenoid off tonight and start playing.
  14. I have been waiting 9 months for a diff for my R31, yet to spit the dummy.
  15. So as you do the castor rod up, it twists the whole upper arm assembley? Any idea what the Gibson R32 GTR used?
  16. Not when all the parts are ready to put on. get moving!
  17. Well there you go, proof that they aren't just targeting import car drivers, they are targeting everyone no matter what car you drive. technically if your grandma got caught she will be under the same category.
  18. The ABS sensors are located on the front driveshaft in the knuckle. You will see this thing sticking into the steering knuckle with a wire coming out of it into the firewall, then into the loom. In the rear they are just ouside of the diff and have the same type of sensor. The sit just off a disk have cutouts on the outside of them, that goes for the front and rear.. If the car originally functioned correctly with the ABS unit in the car, then the sensors should still be there.
