  1. thats cool, but i am looking to build rather than buy a fuel system already done. was just asking what people consider essential fueling wise for around the 600hp mark. already decided on 720cc injectors its the fuel rail and pumps i'm unsure about. tib
  2. got the clutch and ecu covered, already have a OSG twin plate and going to buy a power fc. Turbo sorted to. its the fuel system im trying to spec. tib
  3. Hi all sorry if this is in ghe wrong section i am in the process of up'ing the power on my R33 GTR aiming for 600bhp at the fly, (rb26 standard internalls and cams) things i am undecided on 1. 2530's (or -5's) or single precision 6765, both good for over 600hp just dont know if i can be bothered with low mount twins as they are a pain in the arse to work on, but on the other hand i dont want to build a lag monster and never be on boost hence not sure on the single 6765 yet. 2. whats atcually needed to get 600 (ie fuel system) a lot of different opinions on gtroc. i was thinking either a tomie in tank or twin 044's in tank with 720cc injectors and a fuel reg. and a dual entry fuel rail. will this be enough? i dont really want a swirl pot in the boot i need what little space there is. thoughts/comments appreciated. Tib
  4. depends how long it takes me to read all the info on rb30's on here, could be a while lol. firstly reading up and getting a list together for everything i'm going to need, and the car is about to go of road for a single turbo converion then i'll start collecting all the bits for the rb30 build. its just a shame rb30 blocks arent as easily sourced in the uk like there are for you lot, a mate of mine recently came bck to the uk from a 4 year stay in aus and he was tellin me they are $200 for a used rb30 engine, i could'nt pick up a rb30 engine that cheap over here it would be 4x that amount easy. tib
  5. Hello my name is TIB i live in the uk and drive a R33GTR i joined this forum as there is a massive amount of info on here about the rb30 and i plan to build my self one. i am also a member on the GTROC forum (MrGT) some of you may know me from there, most people in the uk dont seem to have the same "i can do that" attitude you Aus lot have, and not many people other than big tuners in the uk build rb30's. but im not one to follow the masses so i will be building my own rb30. but heres the spec to my car and a few pics of it i hope you like her, comment welcome spec: RB26DETT HKS air filter pollished twin turbo pipe HKS steel headgasket HKS inlet and exhaust gasket HKS oil filler cap chromed plenum Autobahn 88 water pipes and rad pipes large volume ally rad Nismo rad cap garage sarus ecu Greddy oil pressure gauge Greddy boost gauge Greddy pro fec bboost controller set at 1.1bar blitz turbo timer OS giken twin plate clutch (600bhp rated) RS-R ex mag concept cat back exhaust De-cat Trust (Greddy) down pipes EBC yellow stuff pads 4000r front and rear bumpers 18" compomotive mo's wrapped in goodyear eagle f1 tyres
