Hi guys, I've recently started working for an ecommerce group buying site and I am keen to bring more motorsports to the front line and get more up there for the blokes/enthusiasts. I'm going to put together a few packages but one of these will be a few runs on a dyno, around both the Gold Coast and Brisbane. Just really want to give a good package that gives out accurate readings. Anyone got any recommendations of companies that A. are big enough to cope with a good few people and B. are a reputable company that give realistic instead of inflated dyno results? as already said before buddy, it will probably bee your ccoilpacks. Either do a refurb on them or buy some expensive splitfires. I would just do the refurb and drop the boost back until I could afford the splitfires buddy. Get a video up of it on youtube and post the link in here if your still concerned.<

Thanks for the posts lads. Defari, in County Armagh mate, a little town called tandragee. She has an immob already installed and hopefully getting insurance today. How much on ave is the 3rd party insurance vs the fully comp? Feels great to be back in the driving seat again.

Had the car out on its first proper drive today (Southport to Brisbane) and the speedo (I think) sounds like a bloody whind up musical box (like the old jewellery boxes) ! Really? I had the furl filter bracket off and everything and just kept looking at it saying "this couldn't be right" about 50 thousand times lol. Anyone else got an easier way than me and steve?

Hi everybody, probably missing something but, I can't seem to get the oil filter on my rb20det out of the engine bay. Came off no trouble but had to put the bloody thing back on again lol. Any help would be appreciated, it just doesn't seem to fit anywhere! Cheers beys

Hi ya everyone, After struggling for ages with my job not paying me, my mrs (THE LEGEND) told me last night that she would lend me money to get a car. This morning I rang her and told her I was viewing one this afternoon and by 5.30 I had bought her. She's a little rough around the edges and will be tidied up in the incoming months. In Ireland I've owned a spec 2 R33 for years but have missed her over this past 2 years, and unable to wait another 6 months to get the cash to import! Finally back on the road boys! I'm in Southport at the minute so i'll be looking out for any meets near at hand. Hopefully get the rego this week and have her at archiefield in the next few weeks. See ya's around, Stevie

Hi all, been over here for about a year and a half now and hopefully getting sponsored to stay. Prob is I can only import on carnet which means I can't sell her if money gets tight. I can get a friend to "BUY" it from me, then he imports it and perhaps at a later date, I buy it back. But where would I start. Has anyone here imported from the uk or could perhaps shed some light on this for me? I know it might cost a bit but at the end of the day it's my lady and another one (not that I have the money to buy another one) would feel like cheating on her. Any help appreciated

thanks for the reply buddy. I'm looking into getting my friend (who is an australian citizen) "BUYING" it from me, them importing it himself. And perhaps when he gets it over here, I really might wanna BUY it back Gonna ring one of the gov official lines and see how I go. Cheers
