SinistaGTR, that looks insane! are they on GTRd's?
-
thanks! its a gt (on p's) btw only have this pic which is half decent, will post some more soon when i take some!
-
just rolled the guards mate. Tyres scrub if i have a carload and go over bumps, but not all the time.
-
Thanks mate. Rota Grid R 18x9.5 +35 front 18x9.5 +20 rear with 8mm spacers all around
-
Not to sure about camber mate, its just cambered in when i lowered the coilovers. definately roll the guards, and you should be fine. and JDM34, they should fit without guard work!
-
no worries mate. I wanted the rear to sit out a bit more to the front so its perfect for my tastes lol. I checked on offset calculator just then, you will have 7mm more inner clearance than my wheels currently, but the wheels will sit 5 mm less. So by purely basing this on my experience and offset calculator, i dont think you'll need to run spacers.

I hate s2 fronts so chopped out the grill and added some garden edging . Now its somewhat bareable to look at!

Thought I'd post up the fitment and info if it was going to be of some help to anyone. This is what i decided to go with 18x9.5+35 front 18x9.5+20 rear With 8mm spacers all around. Front and rear guards rolled. Front inner splash guard cut to (try) prevent scrubbing. For tyres: federal 595's 235/40 (tiny bit of stretch) All around happy with the look. Some pics. Hope i was some help for people who might be in the situation that i was a month ago! Ang.

lol I did'nt think they'd fit too easily? Put the first pair on at the moment, commodore spec!
-
The first pair arrived today. now to wait for the other two..
-
wow, that looks awesome. ive ordered 9.5 + 35 on the front. going to to need to run some spacers and rears i ordered 9.5+20. reason being that i want both to the equal or the rear stick out more. yours looks great. any shots of the rear fitment by any chance?
-
awesome stuff mate, will be keeping an eye on this to see where it goes!
-
yeah hopefully man, i meant to say i fitted 9.5 + 35 the other day. now I just have to wait ATLEAST 4 weeks for the new shipment will post pics on this when on! awesome, thanks for that info. with the front it did scrub a tiny but that also could be because it was running 245/40 (just because they were on already and wanted a rough idea) Hope to get an agressive stance. Thanks again. Nah mate its a coupe. If the coupe and sedan are the same in regards to offset etc; the front will stick out more than the rear if you have the same offset. Thats the reason why I didn't go for 9.5+20 all around like your thinking off. I would rather them be even or the rear be out more so thought this might be the better option. Thanks maqshood. I was going to text you actually to ask what offset they were but looked them up myself. Havent really decided on camber arms, hopefully wont need them but I guess I'll find out when im in the process off putting them on. Hoping for it to look the goods thats for sure, now just have to wait patiently.

thanks for the reply mate. I ve finally decided to go with 9.5+20 rear 9.5+35 front with some spacers with stretched 235/40 all around. basically id already bought them (rota grids, dont hate ) already but was trying to figure out what sizing to get. I fitted some 9.5 + 25 on the front and rear yesterday to see what id be up against. front had a bit of scrubbing with the coilovers and the rear sat inside the guard a few mm. hoping to get a decent stance with what im planning to run. I'll post some pics when im done for the hell of it. thanks again pez. Ang.

Hi all, Im about to purchase some wheels for my r34. front: 18 x 9.5 + 20 rear: 18 x 10 + 15 car is a r34 gt-v Has kyb coilovers. Now my questions are: How much will effort will i need to make these fit? I know ill need rolling but also flaring of guards.? Would hicas be affected on the rear? what tyre sizes would be ideal? would i need to run camber? etc. Any help from people running similar sizes/offsets or any good info will be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Ang.

Pod Vs Panel Air Filter's
Ang34 replied to Myfine Skyline R34!'s topic in Engines & Forced Induction
just finished doing a CAI on mine. decided to stick with stock airbox and going to upgrade the panel filter. Major reason i didnt go for pod was for defecting pruposes. -
awesome thread, just got a na 34 and on the prowl for a catback for it so this is pretty useful.

Hey all, Just started on SAU forums recently, so I'll introduce myself. Im Angelo from Melb, previously had a na mk4 supra and an na s13. Thought it was time to get another car so thought of an NA 34. Posted up a WTB thread here and one turned up, and picked it up a few weeks ago 2001 model Gt-v Manual Black Stock as a rock except for KYB coilovers. Slight changes I have done since getting it it: - modifying the s2 grill - garden eding front lip to make the bar more bearable to look at - smoked front, side indicators and reverse lights - sprayed Gtt wheels - CAI plans are: - varrstoen wheels - full exhaust and little other bits and pieces on the way. Heres some pictures. will update as i go along. Ang.

Hey guys & girls, As title says Im after: - a stock NA RB25DE Neo engine cover - "25 GT" badge(s) (from a NON turbo r34) - an interior square panel to cover where gauges from a r34 Gt-t normally sit. I'm located in Frankston, SE suburbs and can pick them up. Or I'm happy to pay postage if your too far/interstate. Let me know if you have any of these and let me know prices + send pics. 0431 548 144 Cheers, Ang.
