I see people saying that NOS will add more power than a turbo, but i would like to point out that NOS is a CONSUMABLE, so it cost u more money in the long run where as a turbo is a done deal no more cash output :Bang: so i think that ruins that idea

Being a "P" Plater myself i have heard a fair bit, mostly from commie drivers, and supprisingly fairly often its chicks in commies that think there cars are sooooo good, i dont race often coz i cant afford to lose my lisence (or my baby) but when i do i usually dont bother with commies unless they really need a lesson in hair dryer power, the other thing i notice alot is if u beat a commie and then drive on a bit, they will get up 2 about 120km/h and rocket past like they are proving something, personally i think the only thing they are proving is that 120 is their vehicles top speed

The other day i destroyed a V8 Vp Commodore by a good 15m off a set of lights he had 4 guys in his car and i had 3 people in my stock as a rock R33, he had NOTHING Skylines Rule

Not a big fan of auto preformance cars, just doesnt feel right

I also think that most of this stuff is a load of bullshit, i dont see why BOV's are illegal big woop there are heaps of shit cars out there that spit heaps of polution into the atmos and no one starts having a go at them but when people dare put a BOV on there car you get jumped all over, same with turbo timers, if i didnt have one i risk damage to my cars engine... but because i have one some random PIG thats having a bad day can ream me for it when its only there to protect my car shits me off SOOOOOOOOOO BAD, the main thing i dont understand is why they give us crap for looking after our cars, keepin them clean well maintained and all that stuff, and then some random dude with a shitbox Commodore thats blowing crazy smoke and all that crap ruining the enviroment and all.... SOOOOOOOOO MAD SO SO SO SO MAD

Got another question for u to think about, i notice that when i have my car sitting at idle (R33 Series 1) i notice a clicking or tapping noise coming from my drivers side window, the window sometimes doesnt go straight up when i press the winder button either, i think that its somehow linked to the noise because if i wait for another click to go then the window opens normally, that shits drivin me insane so if anyones go some idesa that would be helpful, soon i will have photos of the electric front spoiler on a R33 when i get a better camera for those that wanted to see it last time i posted

Thanks for your help akeenan i checked out my car 2day and the front spoiler does move when i press the buttons, which is great coz it gives me about another 2" or so of clearance at the front so now i wont scrape all the time

fair enough, but what if some one does up the exel, lancer what ever and it looks the goods but still is mech standed, whos to say its not fast enough madey the single cam 1.8 is to much power for them so the just want to make it look good. There has to be some sort of respect to some one that can turn a standed mums shopping trolley into some thing that he can cuze with pride, dont you think. Like you park a standed r34 GTR and a standed exel side buy side with ones going to get more atention. But then you spend the remaning $90,000 on the exel then which one will people like more. Morboost is i had 90,000 to spend on an exel i think i would get it goin a bit faster instead of wasting 90,000 on huge exhaust TIPS not exhaust systems only the tips and other lame shite like that, im all for looks but its got to be able to back it up with the grunt, im not a fan of stickers on the door, but thats me but at least u should actually have the parts, for christ sake u can by all those door stickers in a pack now from your local auto shop

Hey guys, i have an embarrasing questions.... Here it is I brought myself a 1993 Skyline R33 Gts25t and noticed 2 buttons that say spoiler up and spolier down, the spoiler down button is under the spoiler up button they are sitting in the dash just to the left of the steering wheel, when i press the buttons i can hear a, eletrical motor run but i dont notice anything happen, the switches look like they are factory not after market so if anyone could tell me what they are there for i would be thankful Thanks guys
