  1. There ya go Mega, you cant always believe what you read on the net and you cant beat oldschool when it comes down to it. I had the option to buy a restorer spec 54 about 2 years ago and didnt - I'm still kicking my own arse for that. Bwob didnt Oz score some proper GT-B spec 54s? Jash
  2. Mega, They are very much able to be registered - anywhere in Australia without a compliance plate. Anything 15 years old falls into that category. The 15 year old situation isnt changing with the new regs. We can even drive LHD stuff over here without converting when they are 15 years old. Jash
  3. I've got a rear cut - where are you in Australia. Jash
  4. Thanks for all your help guys. MegaGTS4 - I listed it as KGC10 GT-R "Specification" Coupe, thats how they get referred to domestically when they have the GT-R bodywork and spoilers, if you'd ever seen a totally stock KGC10 you'd see what I mean. Plus no-one in their right mind would actually use an S20 these days - a super hot 2.2L will only put out 260 horse and they are brittle as hell. If I wasnt aiming to historic rally the car then I'd put a twin cam RB30 NA in it with throttle bodies. Jash
  5. And just a note to all the GTSt owners - they wont fit in a million years. Jash
  6. Price wouldnt go astray dude. Jash
  7. Humans, Got myself a KGC10 and I cant find anyone that knows a damn thing about them. My primary query at this point in time is are they similar underneath to a 240Z or a GC110 (240K). Many Thanks, Jash
  8. As it says prefer N1 Style cat back and need a drivers side rear indicator or complete tail-light. Jash
  9. Guys, My Mark II is a JZX100. I also had a Mark II JZX90 which I got rid of. Both the 90 and the 100 are available in Chaser, Cresta and Mark II, with different front and rear ends basically. As a guide my JZX100 has 260 odd rwhp and is as quick as the GTAAH rolling start. Its fcken nuts. We'll have compliance available for the JZX100 within 2 or 3 months. Jash
  10. I'm keen if you've still got it. Jash
  11. You still got the plenum? Mail me at [email protected] and we'll talk the sphincter of the universe. Jash
  12. Couldnt tell you without seeing one. I'd tend to think that a GTS4 would have more in common with an R than a GTS. Jash
  13. I thought about putting the 260RS Bar on mine, but I prefer to have the car low rather than riced up, and I scrape the standard bar on all sorts of sh1t. Jash
  14. Last I heard that was either Race/Rally or on dealer plates. Jash
  15. What Clutch problems are you having? We've got RG 3 puck sprung clutches and uprated pressure plates in stock for 32 GTSts. Jash
  16. You wouldnt want to buy a Stagea as an outright performance car, they are quite heavy and dynamically they arent that flash. I've got Tein HAs in mine and even with them it leaves a little to be desired. Straight line speed is about on par with an R33 GTSt of the same Spec. As a family car they rock, plenty of space, big doors, good aircon. In terms of price you'd be real lucky to get one much under 40 regardless of year due to the fact that no-one has compliance under the old scheme. Mine is for sale as it appeared in SPEED for around 50k - bear in mind its the only fully registered Stagea in the country. Jash
  17. Thought I'd weigh into this argument. Drift as a spectator concept is absolutely unworkable in conjuction with any Perth Exhibition venue - possibly with the exception of the Fremantle Passenger Terminal. Insurance is impossible to get and would cost upwards of 5k for the day. So as much as I would like to see it, I dont think its an option. I'm all for a properly organised show without all the sh*t and glitter cars that attend the other 2 shows. I'd be quite happy to be a judge and put a few cars in Jash
  18. C-Red Tuning and All Fours and Rotaries Car Club are holding another test and tune day at Barbagello Raceway on Saturday 23rd November. Its a day primarily for experienced track users but some tuition for new comers will be available on the day. Cost is 175 Full Day/125 Half Day which includes AFARCC Membership and Relevant CAMS licence. For any further info mail me @ [email protected] Regards, Jeff Ash
  19. Thats known in my crew as SS1. Wife's taken it at about 120 in her 33 while whipping a Wrecks and I've done it at about 130 in the 944. Good test of the size of your nuts when dragging someone into it. Jash
  20. Yep the Gun Grey '93, that was a seriously good car. I checked the Specs on that Wrecks and a well driven 33 would still eat it. Anyone that list Chameleon Painted Bits as a legit engine accessory needs some help. Jash
  21. Sorry. I wasnt aware anyone read the wanted section.
  22. As it says. Prefer new. Mail me with WYH. [email protected] Jash
  23. Dude, I never had any problems wasting WRecks in my wife's first stocker 33 GTSt. It got that boring in the end that we could give them a couple of lengths of the lights and still reel them back in. Missus wasted a new STi in the Staj the other day... Subaru - A Wanker Driving or A Weak Drivetrain Jash
  24. Yeah Dude - F A in 17". I wont be in tomorrow, but should be in Tuesday. Jash
  25. Dude, Front Bar is easy fixed, but finance trade-ins are a massive headf**k. Let me know if anything changes. Regards, Jash
