The only way your car will do this is if you go do it in the parking lot of a police station mate, I promise that you will be seeing black lines. In all seriousness, why would you want to waste money on tyres? If you've got a good set on now, you'd want to keep them mint? I'm no stranger to doing skids, when I first got my skyline I smoked out the workshop, but after blowing that set I learnt it's pure fail to see your speedo going crazy but not go anywhere, now I'm a peaceful driver.

I'm a fresh turbo owner, first car first turbo, but I don't want to go acting like a tart, oat the end of the day the overall power of a new V8 is going to be greater than our Skylines, sure you can spend a few grand on mods but bumping your car upto 200+rwk you need to start looking at clutches etc. So it really isn't "cheap".

Everyone is going on about engine sizes etc, no one is considering weather, driver abilities or how the hell they found a private road to do this "testing" on.

I had the same issue with my drivers side mirror, was like, clipping (?), but ever since some wanker decided to side-swipe me, it has been fine? Probably not the best fix but hey, it worked!

I'll wave to any import drive because I'm a nice guy, and we all share the love for imports, I particularly show love for other 4 door drivers.

My liner hasn't got them. I always end up half crossing my legs whilst driving. (unsafe?) Where in perth are you located mate? I also own a hated 4 door.

There's quite a few P plate liners over here in Perth, we don't have those shabby laws, there's too many P platers driving around in hotted up V8 commodores, they get really angry with the Skline drivers to be honest, we always beat them... Legally . I was always a commodore fan until my friend bought his Skyline, then since then I have bought one and love it to pieces. Loved the clutch into too many pieces though.

18, male, P plater, but have driven powerful cars since I was 12. The generalization that mainly P platers drive skylines is disturbing, I see so many people around 20-30 driving some wicked Lines.

Can you recommend what type of front piping I should have a look at getting?

Before I get into detail, I did a search on this, and couldn't find anything that was helpful. I'm contemplating purchasing a cat back for my car via ebay (shoosh ) as it's all I can really afford at this point in time, I was just wondering if there will be any noticeable difference to the power of the car or anything, not just the sound. Any input is appreciated.

I know this is probably a silly question, but is it more expensive to get an exhaust for the 4 doors just because they're longer?

I use turtlebeach P21's, all I can say is they're worth the 120 I paid. and the 4 metre cord is a life saver. It also adapts over all platforms which is handy.
