Thanks guys! Any one interested in buying a 20g 8cm set up so I can purchase the 25g

I've been scrolling through alot of the pages in this thread and couldn't find many people using the TD06H 25g at all. I've been trying to read up on them for a few weeks now. I have a Rb25/30 that is just a slap together engine pretty much that I had tuned with a Kinugawa td06sl2 20g 8cm. Although it has pretty much instant boost, it lacks of go up around 5000 RPM, I normally don't rev it past 6000RPM. It also wasn't making any more power above 16psi (304rwhp) with a 38mm External waste gate welded to the rear housing. I drive the car atleast 3 times a week on the street, Gymkhanas, Time Attack and Drifting. Im not really after alot of lag. What I want to know is how Responsive will a H 25g 10cm be, Will it make full boost by atleast 4000RPM? Does any one have any experience with these on a RB25 or Rb25/30? Dyno sheets? I'd love to hear your experiences!

Bring up a thread from the dead! I have the exact same problem except injectors 2,4 and 6 have no pulse but have power. Did you ever resolve this problem!?!?!

I'm using the rb20 loom because it's the simplest way of going about it, I'm not running vct and I'm using all the rb20 sensors. I've previously had the ecu(nistune) tuned with my rb20 before it decided it wanted to die. I forgot to ad it's in a r32 if you Havn't already guessed. Ahhh okay, on the diagrams I can find the rb20 computer only has 3 injector grounds. I'll have another look tonight after work and see if I can solve it. Thanks guys..

I have a problem and was wondering if any one could help me out please! Injectors 2,4 and 6 do not have injector pulse. 1,3 and 5 do and are fine. All 6 injectors have power. I've checked the 3 ground wires at the ecu and are all reading they are earthed. I've gone around the engine bay and double/triple checked earth points. I can only see the problem as a bad earth problem but would like some feed back. The engine is a Rb25/30 using a rb20 loom and ecu(nistune), also using all rb20 components. The engine is running just rough, can hold idle though. The only things I don't have plumbed in is the intercooler/pipes and the afm. Help would be greatly appreciated!

Hey guys, so I picked up a cheap Plazmaman FFP the other day. It runs the stock throttle body and IACV, my question is would the airflow change so much that it will affect my tune? Do you think I'll have to get it tuned again? Its on a Rb20det, td06 blah blah blah. Just thought Id ask here and see what yous all think before I contact the Guy that tunes my car.

Hey guys, so The bad storm In SE QLD Hit my Car hard with bad hail. My GTR bonnet is now Full of dints. I dont have anough money at the moment to buy another GTR Bonnet and have been reading people chop Gtst Bonnets to replicate a GTR Bonnet. Just wondering if any of yous have done it before, Before I go ahead and have ago my self. Ive searched this before and havn't found much info on it.

Hey guys, I'm new to welding and just wanted to ask a few questions. I have a mig at home and was wondering what thickness steel people use for intercooler pipes and what thickness for exhaust? Thanks guys!

No I havnt actually done a pressure test haha, Ill end up having a play around next week end and see how it gos!

Its just weird though that it was perfectly fine before i took the turbo off to put a 25 turbo on. Now it doesnt like it. At first I just thought that maybe the computer had to relearn itself. I live on the north side and last week I had Tafe at Archerfield. In the morning I drove to archy and it didnt Idle Funny at all. On the way home it was a diffrent story! It stalled 5 times and idled really badly. Then last night I went up Mt mee and every time i would stop it was idle shit house.

already done that, Even put a new computer in it haha, It still does it Not cool.

So I Took of the IAC tonight, Cleaned it up and put it back on. This stupid idle still happens! haha Im Starting to get angry about it now!

Blow off valve is all plumbed in, Im thinking the IAC to!

Yeah drives perfect, it's just the idle that's wrong. I have changed nothing else except for the turbo and dump. If I stop and it does it and I give it a rev it just revs haha.

Hey guys, I recently replaced my rb20det turbo with a rb25 turbo and dump. Now that it's all back together it will idle fine from start up untill I drive it down the street and stop. Then it will idle at 800rpm like usual but then drop to about 100rpm and then back up and down.. It some times even stalls. I need ideas on what it could be! I've tripple checked every thing to see if every thing is back on, no air leaks. I'd love to get some feed back because I can't get my head around it now!

I know this question has been asked many times but If any one has first hand experience with the Kinugawa Td06h-20g 8cm Rb20det bolt on kits that are internally gated Please Say what you think. Ive heard that the gates are to small and cause bad boost spike? Ive been told they dont spike as much if you run a higher Boost through it ( around 18 Pound ). Ive tried to search other places and havnt found much, just people bagging them out.
