Hey Everyone, Having a few issues with my gear box atm. It keeps going into limp mode (wont let me run past 3200rpm) and i dont know what the cause is. Also too, im a little bit of a newb to this kinda stuff but heres what ive done so far. Replaced air filter in the stock air box. Cleaned the maf sensor with maf cleaner i bought from sca Reset the ecu Check the ecu error codes when if went into limp mode again and returned a 55 which means nothing is wrong? Im stumped onto what it is, i have a feeling its possibly a intercooler pipe from the side mount might have blown off but i have no idea how to get to it Also could a low coolant level affect it at all???? Any help would be appreciated!!!!! Ben

Hi everyone, I just recently bought and installed a stock air box to my r34 gtt because it had a mushroom filter in it because i thought they were illegal and moving interstate i didnt want to have a hassle with a rwc. The mushroom filter had brackets attached to it and bolted to the body so it didnt move at all, my question is, are they illegal like the uncovered pods? Like i mentioned before, im a noob and new to the jdm/performance scene so any help would be appreciated

Awesome sounds good, i just a expensive alarm fitted to the car and will be later on investing into gps tracking. I love my car too much haha, Also is there anyone who knows any decent mechanics in the seq area and also any decent body shops? i had that stupid altia wing on my car and want the holes patched up and resprayed, plus the boot lid has some rust and the holes so i wanna get it all patched up. So is anyone kind to skyline owners up north????

Ok that seems fine enough. What about more closer to the gold coast? i avoid parking at places in coffs harbour atm at night because we have problems arising down here as well, so happy to be moving but yeh need to know these places guys!! haha

Hey guys, thanx for all the information!! Where is it locally known to not drive through or park your car? like at night time? or even parking at Shopping centres etc, I have appropriate security on it but will be investing in a gps tracker quite soon.

Awesome, i was hoping there was a crew up there, theres maybe 12 skylines in total in coffs harbour and most are unfortunately crashed into a pole haha I was also gunna ask as well, who can i get in touch with for some painting work as my 34 was one of the oh so lucky ones to come with that massive 'altia' wing on it, which i ripped off. I was gunna get it done down here but if i can find someone who looks after imports or sau members it could be a massive help!! Plus i look forward to meeting everyone!!

Haha Thanks yeh its only shiny cause it was raining haha yeah ive been reading that theres loads in newcastle, theres maybe 5 34's in coffs harbour, so many 33's though and three 35's. And yes defs will have to race you at some point haha

Hi Everyone, Just wanted some information for some widths and offset as i am looking at buying some new wheels for my 34 coupe. Any idea what sizes will fit flush with no guard work as i dont want flared guards. I have been told 17x8 +35 for the front and 17x9 +35 for the rear will sit nicely. Can anyone lend a hand or even better share some pics??

Hi i am placing my 1998 Honda Crv on the forums just to see what interest there is for it. Its manual, odometer is 165,*** ,Dark metallic Green i have just recently had the roof, roof lip and bonnet freshly resrprayed. Roof Racks, tow bar, mp3/aux stereo and also have 2 12inch subs in the back which i will probably remove unless i get a reasonable offer, Spare tyre has full tread and i am getting new tyres all around it in the next few weeks. Rego till Mid September, Bonnet protector, also have white led parkers which i can remove if needed and also navra whitish blue headlights which i can also swap back to stock if needed. Looks pretty cool at night not too stupid. Full service history from brand new i think the original receipt of purchase is in the glove box somewhere too. I am the second owner, the first were an elderly couple. Open to swaps for something of interest, preferably turbo but not too fussy. Please note with photos i was on my green p's when there were taken but doesnt mean the car has been thrashed.
