with the 17mm plenum spacer we use on the VQ25DET it improved midrange torque...............dont know if this info helps at all

i have an Auto meter Sport compact II boost gauge. i was sitting on 16PSI last time i checked now im at 19PSI (its still not mounted on the dash so its hidden under the seat atm LOL) Power duct with BNC filter. Scotty's Dump pipe, Full 3" exhaust. Intake spacer and HDi FMIC.

yeah i'd say try the battery also, even though my battery seemed alright and was still holding charge it had dropped to about 200CCA and caused headaches trying to start it especially when the car was warm already.

but as someone was saying the stock BOV has a bleed hole that bypasses 2PSI and the aftermarket ones dont.............

fitted a new BOV today, i got the turbosmart nissan dual port............... even set on the softest setting im now peaking at 19PSI, first of all is that right? second what do i need to be doing to stay safe............ ive been running 95Ron but im thinking i should be running 98Ron now just to be sure its all good and safe. i know people were running there stock turbo's at 20PSI but i just want to know what effecs this is going to have on my engine and on the turbo................(yes i know the turbo is going to have a shorter life span!!!!) cheers, Theo.

NSW has: under 10 km/h = 1 point 10 - 20 kmkm/h = 3 points 20 - 30 Km/h = 4 points so im pretty sure the 10% is out the window now, dont know when they changed from 0-15km/h and 15-30km/h but they obviously want to make more money!!!

spotted a blue M35 RS/RX around the Northbridge area parked out side a house yesterdat around 2:30pm and then spotted a burgandy M35 ARX (with a checky money sticker in the back window and nismo sticker on the bumper) driving down Concord Rd, Rhodes. I was behind you dont know if you saw me but i turned down Homebushbay Dr. that was around 5pm'ish

Criag told me excesive oil from the filter could cause the airflow metre to gunkup........... hasnt happened to me yet but just a thought
