drill a three inch hole and fit a piece of 90 degree drainage pipe under it then screw a collector to ur front bar to catch the incoming air and channel it with the pod mounted directlt over this inlet = good flow and minimual debris, mounting the pod outside will only result in u going through a "supeprepcobahn" spec filter once a month due to it getting wet and covered in junk.

exhaust: go to a local exahust shop and get a mandrell bent 2.5 inch mild steel system made, put a resonator after the cat and use a quallity rear muffler (prefferably not a superepcobahn cannon) extractors: are expensive for minimual gain, best bet dke eBay items (expect mayb 6-8kw gain) fujistubo make a sexy set of extractors but are a. rare b. expensive...

along the road behind the colleges, just grab a ticket from the machines. (not undercover though)
