Thanks Josh! So I rang Revolution Racegear at Kotata (Newcastle) today to see if my seat had come in yet. It had. Though they ordered me a Pro 2000 Plus... Apparently they dont have any standard size Pro 2000's left in stock and they cant get any more in. My question to you guys is: Do you know anywhere else (sydney, central coast, newcastle) that stocks Sparco seats? Any info would be awesome!

That would be awesome! Let me know when/if that happens. I'll be in for sure! I've got a few other bits and pieces I wanna do, mainly bolt ons, like 4-1 headers and gotta do something with the intake manifold, it's choking it a bit oh and 3" exhaust.

Cheers fellers

And lastly, this is my current project, well along with putting the battery in the boot I'm going to make a baffled sump similar to the Tomei one: My plan is to use a standard sump and tig weld the hinges in, along with the baffles and use a plasma cutter and weld on slightly larger oil capacity 'wings' (though they wont be able to be as large as the RWD DET ones due to my cross member being in the road) Anyways, I'll post pictures when its finished.

Thanks man, I do try and look after it. It is my dailey, but i still service it like its a track car.

Just a small update.. I went to the drags with a mate a few Wednesday nights ago, here are the results: ...............Tim................................ ..Dean R/t...........0.484...............................0. 225 60'...........2.346............................... 2.585 330..........6.207...............................6 .448 1/8...........9.363...............................9. 385 MPH..........77.45...............................8 5.41 k/mh........124.64..............................137. 45 1000........12.059..............................11 .910 1/4..........14.318.............................14.000 MPH.........98.54...............................10 7.74 k/mh........158.59..............................173. 39 That was my best time out of 2 runs. I'd never been to the drags before so it was a bit of an experience. My car wasn't really setup for it. It was running 3 degrees of neg on the front from the Shift Track day, 40psi in the tyres and full street trim. Next time i'll amend all these things and hopefully run a bit better time

Haha, to be honest i dont really hit the limiter. Limiter is set at 8500, it stops making power at 8000, 8200RPM

So i got a disc with the photo's of my car from the track day thanks to Lil Flipp Photography. My quickest time of the day was 1:17.581 Here they are

Well i haven't done an update in quiet a while, so here it is: I finally recieved my VZR Lip, apparently it was in immaculate condition.. Either i have very high standards, or this guy was full of shit. The lip looked like it had fallen off and was getting dragged along the tar for 600kms. I have since fixed it up... about 6 hours of sanding brought it back to its former glory. I wish i took a few photos of before and after, it turned out great. Heres a few photos of with the lip installed: Another update, my car is currently off the road, i finally recieved the correct rotors for the rear and thought it was about time my rear calipers were rebuilt. I have heard that the rear calipers on my car are a PITA to do, so i took them to a mate of mine who works in a local brake shop to do He discovered that the pistons were very badly pitted and i'd need new ones. So he sourced a pair of new pistons, hopefully fingers crossed i will have rebuilt calipers by monday afternoon, ready for new rotors EBC greenstuff pads and also braided rear lines, just in time for the SHIFT track day I bought a set of ARP WRX extended wheel studs the other day as a bit of a trial. They are the exact same size as Nissan ones, (i was 'worried' about the splines, but they are exactly the same, i knew the thread was the same) Just another minor update, A few photos of the extended wheel studs fitted. Keep in mind that my wheel nuts are are 50mm from the tip of the taper to the end of the nut.
