Are these genuine or copies? Which company do you plan to use for shipping interstate? I have had nothing but problems finding a shipping company to transport kits.

I had a set of "sparco" rims years ago, they were 120,000yen NEW for the set of 4. Second hand they would sell for about 400 for set in aust. with legal tyres. ( I realise you are in england, just trying to give you an idea of pricing)

Pitched.........I do not recall the offset of the rims, and unfortunately the vehicle has been sold, so i can't just run into the shed and figure it out for you anymore. Sorry But anything will fit with spacers and body mods lol

The BRIDE seat has been sold. The RECARO has mounting plates attached (so a bride rail bolts on) this would make it alot easier to bolt your factory rails onto this seat, or so i am told.

Does the engine come with turbo? If so what condition is turbo in?

I believe what he means is that the value of non turbo skylines is quite low in OZ, and therefore quite possibly not worth the effort and expense of importing it.

The personal import scheme is not something i am all that familiar with , however i believe you are correct in saying that you are NOT allowed to sell the vehicle for a certain period of time........

If you have owned the vehicle in NZ for more than 12 months, and are moving here and can provide documentation to back that up, you will be able to import it under the personal import scheme.........If not then you will be required to have complied through a RAW. The latter won't be cheap.

Unfortunetly what you have been told is spot on.........only accredited NSW engineers reports will be accepted. SOME requirements are slightly different in NSW so as a worst case scenario count on possibly having to do one or two things. Other than that it is simply a matter of having a NSW engineer check the vehicle and write a several page report that you will pay through the nose for. I have been through this exact process when i sold an RX7 to someone in Lismore........But I covered the cost rather than leaving it to the new owner. Good luck with it all.......I can't imagine you will have to many drama's with it.

Need more information.........what year/month is the vehicle? Is it GTR or GTST? ps: It does not matter where it comes from......the rules are the same.

I had the climate control system repaired in my R32 just the other day.........there is a whole heap of stuff that goes with it dave.......climate control has thermistors and ambient temp sensors (that was the bit that was stuffed in my car) I can't imagine it would be an easy swap...... If it is just the control box in your dash that is stuffed........I have one sitting here out of a cefiro Make an offer.

OR your vehicle has been fitted with a Hicas Lock bar........the light will do the same thing if you have a lock bar installed. I suggest fitting one as hicas sucks dogs nuts.

It is a reasonably commn problem with cefiro's and Laurels. There are very few if them available at wreckers etc. I HAD 2 but they both sold in ONE day. Perhpas try to get one from Nissan in New Zealand.
