The HKS makes that high pitched noise. U can change the noise by changing a part inside. UAS have them for $40 each the last time i looked. They look like this.

Well its obvious what i got. I got mine cause it was a group type thing amongst my friends XRSIST - S8TIN IGN19T - NFERNO and yeap.. agree with porgy.. Much easier to distinguish someones car if they got personalized plates. and sometimes it does bring the wrong attention. eg. police
