It maybe a dead RCA lead if your running off an amp. But I would do what MUD specified first as there are more chances of something going wrong there than the RCA breaking. Did you have to pull hard at any time to get the RCA through? Try changing the rcas around to test each side. Did any wires go through any holes which have the chassis exposed which can cause it to cut through the cable? Could be any of these. Try looking at these as much as you can before taking it to an installer (dead money). Might be something you just overlooked.

So if within 11 thousand K's mines done this, is it because I've been driving it way too hard? :burnout: or was it just crap oil they put in when it was complied? :confused: (my car has only done 50 thou) Or is my box on it's way out? :bonk:

If this were the case, I'd be defected for 1. tints 2. wheels 3.? too low? so that would be 6 points?? :headshot: or is it 2 points everytime you get defected? (i doubt it) I heard that if your car has 3+ defects, you car can be impounded? Can anyone confirm?

I pulled out mine to have a look and i have all of the parts listed above, when i put my new pads on they don't squeak even without anti squeal stuff. Have u tried machining your disc?

Yeah they do sell it seperately, they charged me only $30 but I bought the air filter also so i'm not sure how much they go for individually. The majority of car accessory shops sell them. American Auto Spares is in Beverly Hills which may be a bit far for you, so it may be just worth paying a bit more somewhere else thats more local. This is how mine looks :burnout:
