heres a email i just received from AIR. [email protected] As of yet the meet has not been cancelled. I have been told by management that hopefully our timing system will be repaired by then. I will be able to give you a definite yes or no on the 8th. We are flying in an expert from Melbourne to analyse the problem and hopefully rectify the major problem we have with our timing system. sounds as though it should be a good meet again this year 4 of us are all booked to arrive friday and fly home monday. is there going to be a test and tune friday night also?

whats the go with this meet havent seen any threads about it. any people from here entering? few of us heading over from perth for a look will there be any cruises friday or sat night? or any drift meets over that weekend. last year i caught drags friday and sat and a drift practice day on the sunday

hard to see is the top all plastic? maybe it could be drilled and taped and put a new fittin in. ive got a std rb20 1 layin around im just in P Kennedy

not sure the box had a gtr marked on it . but everything in the driveline is as it came from japan i just ripped out the rb20 and fitted the 26 with the fruit.

ive gotta get some decent tyres before i go back. its a 32 gtr engine with 33 crank,hi octane engine kit rods, pistons, grex oil pump, hks head gasket, tomei 270 cams 10.8mm lift, tomei springs and retainers and cams wheels, hks style staino manifold with PT67GTQ turbo from USA and 50mm HKS gate. it runs power fc djetro computer. 100mm hybrid coola im sure theres plenty more that ive forgotten.

im keen just depends on my roster. i should have some new tyres soon and see if i can better that 11.003 @ 130mph from last weds night.

i saw it at the car show at burswood month or so ago. for sure its different specially with the turbo kits they are devoloping for V8's now what a monster it would make if was turbo'd too think the plates are something to do with the 5.7
