  1. Sorry to go off topic a bit, but is that just a GT-R front lip? The Super Clear Red colour is very nice as well man, and easy to paint match I imagine
  2. Me too C'mon Troy, we need the Silvia vs Skyline faceoff! Troy: You want a 1.35 at Winton with the current setup?? Fark man, that's quick!
  3. Nice work Joel, looks the goods mate
  4. That 106 is the bomb diggy, love it!
  5. Thanks man, I'll go and check them out A mate recommended Cost Less Bolts who are in the area, so should be easier than expected.
  6. Troy, I've so far not had an issue at Sandown with the screamer pipe, so I'd say you'd be alright *knock on wood*
  7. Congrats guys, I'm sure you'll do a stellar job
  8. Possibly interested in an S13 track biased setup if one becomes available Dane
  9. Same sentiments from me guys, thanks so much for a top year, you've done a great job!
  10. Many people could steal a CD wallet, there's an unbelievable amount of value in it. Though as Ash has said, I trust all the Vic member who attend the DECA days. I always leave valuable outside with everyone else, and my car unlocked and I've not had an issue. *knock on wood* Good luck with it mate
  11. What type of rims did you order? CE28's??
  12. Was that Athids dyno by any chance? Because I've seen a TD06-20GL2 graph and it's power curve is so similar to mine it's quite odd. He had step 1 cams. Though it's possible mine may have as we've always suspected that they weren't stock, possibly NA cams. The race is on my friend! Should be a good challenge with you, me, Matt and Ray Skylines vs Real cars
  13. Yeah mate, exactly the same. The series is the S13, the model's are the Silvia and 180SX. I'm in Melbourne man, and I'm doing sprints and motorkhanas with the SAU/WRX guys. The car's off the road at the moment, but it should be back by PI at the end of the month if you're planning on coming to that.
  14. Thanks On an SR V RB note, Troy layed his Dyno chart over mine and interestingly made more power everywhere than me, despite having pretty much the same overall power. I found it pretty shocking actually. My manifold is leaking though, but it'll be interesting to see the difference once the engine is back.
  15. A little inspiration for you to get it to the track Liz http://s9.photobucket.com/albums/a63/GTI-6...nt=MOV04507.flv
  16. Hey Jack, Thanks for that mate! I've still got 3 or 4 that could be re-used, just 2 of them were rounded really badly. I think there may be a bolt shop in cheltenham or somewhere close to here, might try them out, but if you've got any spares that'd be much appreciated!
  17. hahaha it got me home with a gate still there, so big props to the coathanger!! That's how I'm doing it
  18. Just so you know mate, the 180sx is an S13. Wasn't sure if you were aware. If you do go that route I can say you won't be dissapointed, but I'm sure I could say the same thing for an R32/33. They're a hell of a lot of fun, relatively quick, easy to modify, parts are plentiful, the SR is rock solid (well mine has been) and there is a gamut of information out there on them. Plus they look great in my opinion There's also not many running around the track days here in Vic, so it's nice to have something a little bit different. If you've got any questions, or want to check mine out or whatnot, feel free to ask man and I'll do my best to give you any info you need. I've got a real soft spot for 180SX's. I've now had about 9 cars, including 2 180sx's, and it's my favourite by far. Dane
  19. They're the best value in Melbourne too, can be had a fair bit cheaper than a lot of the others, and SAU Vic members get a discount. The R888's seem to have a decent rap. Snowy was going to try them from memory, or did try them?? I heard that they come up to temp very quickly, but also go off a little quicker than the RE55s.
  20. Very nice choice mate, nice to see someone has seen the light
  21. Hey all, Anyone know where to get these bolts from (circled in red), other than buying them with a boss kit?? Preferably some good quality ones, and have to be black. Cheers Dane
  22. Hahaha Bris, you should be thankful mate, getting to PI is costing me a hell of a lot more than that
  23. Thanks for the feedback mate, good to hear. From what I've heard so far these seem to be quite a good thing for the money.
  24. haha I'm right with you on the lazy thing, my manifold has been leaking for 18 months Now it's completel;y cracked and my gate is held on with a piece of coathanger...
