Gorgeous! I have a Porsche history DVD which has a sectiuon on the 917. Seeing them belt down the Mulsanne straight is an absolutely awesome sight! GT purely porsche had a good writeup of the last 917/30 built in it a few months ago. What I wouldn't give to see one in action...

It's no biggy man. Possibly rear main seal, or leaking from a seal on the box itself. Does it smell??

You're probably leaking gearbox/engine oil onto the exhaust, causing the smoke.

Hey all, I've just replaced my meisters with some LMGT4's, and have decided to just have one set of rims for the track, so my Algernon's are for sale. Have been used about 6 times in total I reckon, and I bought them brand new! They were only used on the track and are in unbelievable condition. There are only 2 tiny marking on them from when the tyres were fitted, which as you can see in the pic are nothing at all. 3 piece alloy wheels made in Japan, not cheap knockoffs. 5x114.3 17x8 +15 17x10 +8 Big caliper clearance!
