  1. Different car Shan! Congrats Adz
  2. So he means do not ignore them
  3. Mark sells both units, so you can compare the two Paul
  4. Great price on that unit, even compared to the new lower price for the POV1.5's.
  5. Bang! ps I'd kill for that RS200...
  6. I don't know about you guys, but I'm definitely aroused *thrusts*
  7. Nice car Mitch, always been a big fan of this car. Attention to detail and workmanship is spot on. Hope you don't mind me posting a few pics?
  8. If you get some second hand semi's, try putting some GRIP tyre softener on them. Be careful where you apply it though, it absolutely stinks!
  9. I was wondering how the tow hook was so bent up on the Evo, but the front wasn't too damaged??? I also think I prefer the figure of 8, great fun.
  10. Few in-car vids from my MY06 STi at Haunted Hills: Normal track: Figure of 8: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xdgyhcbp ... re=channel I want another crack at it already!
  11. I'm a believer in going with what your tuner likes to work with, unless there are some functions you really must have... though I'd still probably go with what their preference is!
  12. I liked mixing it up with the figure of 8. I actually may even prefer that layout to the regular layout. Feels like you can carry a lot more speed and really work the tyres with the cambers working with you instead of against you. Having said that, with 5 competetive runs maybe it's best to just run the one direction on the day, but I'm glad I got to experience both. A full day of the 8 would be really good.
  13. Love the car Andrew! Very impressive times, and I can only imagine how tricky it is driving it through turn 3.
  14. Well done guys! Faulless (from what I saw) run from Adam was very impressive, and Russ and Ryan was super smooth as always. Special mention to Matt though, killer effort in a car that's not your own! I'll be back at the next one to try and redeem myself for the terrible performance put in this time around...
  15. Great effort Anth, well done again mate It was a great day and the weather held out for us. I had an absolute blast, the car was consistent all day and in one piece at the end of it and that's all I can ask for! The figure of 8 was especially fun, so I hope we can do a full day of it soon. Coming flat out through the blind crests was interesting to say the least. Thank God for Brembo's! Will get some vids up shortly if they came out alright.
  16. Jump on the Monash/Princess High/Freeway and head east. Moe is ~1.25 hours from the eastern parts of Melbourne The first exit for Moe has the McDonalds there, easy to see. You do not need to take this exit unless you want some food You need to take the next exit which is the Newborough/Yallourn North one (it is ~5kms from the first Moe exit above) Turn left at the stop sign at the top of the exit You will come to a set of lights, go straight here (if you need fuel, there is a BP on the left before you get to the lights) Turn right at the next set of lights (which are ~1.5kms from the last set) Turn left at the roundabout (~400m from the last set of lights) Turn right into Coach Rd (~400m from the roundabout) Go up a nice big hill ~1kms and turn right into Bill Schulz Dr And the hill climb is on the left ~400m
  17. I would have expected it to be a fair whack faster than the SR3, but perhaps it's extra weight is playing against it at QR?? Or perhaps the SR3 just has a gun driver.
  18. I'm running a Pulse dry cell. Pretty cheap, and you can buy them off of Ebay. I can't comment on longevity for obvious reasons... my car never works.
  19. And mine's just an Impreza, but I'd happily have either in my garage!
  20. I'd be interested to see how quick that SR8 eventually goes. Considering the SR3 RS is doing it in a 52.95 I bet it will be pretty impressive!
  21. Very cool mate. I'd love to have received a go kart under the Christmas tree!
  22. 255's up front will be fine from what I've seen on other track cars here in Vic. Nismo do make an R-Tune for 32's from what I'm aware, Richard (Beer Baron) has some on his car from memory. Also, are Nismo suspension arms adjustable? They're not for the S-Chassis. But as Rowdy has said, find other quick GT-R's and see what they've done. Better than throwing away money on parts that are not required.
  23. Nice photo's mate. Love this shot:
