  1. Good guess work, considering he had "997" on it in the first pic, and it's in a 997 911 Turbo
  2. Not in the city, but close Try David's off of Chapel St, beautiful food, really nice place, and reasonably priced.
  3. Speak to Snowman (Andrew) on here, he owns a 34 GT-R, and used to have an NSX.
  4. There's a pic of it a few pages back. Plates are MURCIE I think.
  5. Hi NYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA Dean's old man's 964 is unreal. What a noise!
  6. Congrats all
  7. Very nice indeed mate, top choice! Looks to be in fantastic condition. Troy, the 993 GT2 was the last of the air cooled RWD 911's, with the 964 being the last of the single turbo rwd 911's.
  8. Unreal! Not a fan of the tail lights though, or the rims. I want a vantage
  9. Terrible... such a shame. Personally I think that anytime a Turbo is ordered in cabriolet it's a porka wasted...
  10. I really don't think it will, as if you take a look at the rules for the Rev Speed challenge, they're VERY loose. Most classes you've mentioned will be able to run, so long as they run R compounds. I like the looseness of the rules, it has worked for Japan!
  11. Outside Cafe Sienna perhaps? They're always there, sitting on the table out the front
  12. I agree with DJR's definition though, I'd have giants car in open. I'd have yours in street, mine in open (though it's a major disadvantage to me!) etc
  13. Me either man, never really liked them... though they looked alright in grey on a white 997 Turbo Would look much better with GT3 rims on it... PS James, take me for a spin, pleeeeease!
  14. Yeah, the one I saw driving down Church st Orange on Black too, very nice, though I'll take a green one thanks! Was following an Orange Gallardo Convertible on trade plates through Toorak today. The driver gave it a few squirts, sounded unreal!
  15. An Australian time attack event would be unreal Russ, and I'd be in for sure! I personally would like to see the rules kept quite similar to the Tsukuba Rev Speed event, but any form of time attack, or laps for that matter, is a great thing in my book so long as I can run my car! Troy: At least with the mega dollar GT-R's and EVO's that are sure to be there, we can still give each other a run
  16. Awesome, thanks for that mate. Very cool car, and damn quick!!
  17. As said above, with a heavy car you definately need it to be stiffer, and have a diff that's in good order. Get used to the handbrake too, turning on concrete in a heavy car is not so nice...
  18. You've inspired me to hurry up and finish my damn car, top work again guys!
  19. There were some exotics out on Saturday in Richmond. Saw two 430 spyders, a 997 GT3 RS (PORN), a Continental, a 996 GT3... mmmmm yummy
  20. Hey Richard, any pics of the 205 GTi by SS Works at Tsukuba by any chance?
  21. That's more like it people! My detail has always been at superwash. Though $2 is impressive, it'll cost me at least $5
  22. Sheez, people taking show and shines pretty seriously these days huh? I think this means I'm going to have a hard time getting the clubbie washed at Damian's tomorrow...
  23. I know they use a lot of Bosch Dyno's over there, and apparently they give a figure closer to flywheel hp...
  24. Nice pics man, some tough 32's there!
  25. Spotted a black S5 on Dandy Rd this morning. Black is definately the colour to have!
