  8. Hey guys, I'm new to all this car audio so I was looking to get some opinions on a little upgrade I want to do. Currently the car has a cheapo pioneer head unit and some sony 6" 4ways which I installed a couple of weeks back because I was sick of the stock speakers. The front doors already have dampening in them so I don't have to worry about that. I really just want to add a bit more bass and a iphone friendly head unit for now but I'm not sure on what path to take. I have been looking at this for the head unit (maybe the version with bluetooth).
  9. Thanks mate, will do.
  10. So would I be right in say this http://www.kudosmotorsports.com/catalog/ngkntk-sensor-lambda-oxygen-ntk-nissan-skyline-r33-gts25-gts4-gts25t-rb25de-rb25det-p-1023.html is correct for a R33 GTST 96'? Has any light been shed on what tools are required to remove this sensor?
  11. Ok thanks for the replies, I think I would rather fix it instead of lock it up TBH.
  12. Hi guys, Just had a car inspected by state roads today, the car came back with a great report besides one thing. The mechanic said that while he had the car (off) up on the jack the rear wheel steering mechanism seemed to have a lot of play in it when he grabbed and moved the rear tires. He said it might be worn bushes etc but I was wondering if it could be because the HICAS was not on as the car was off? Any similar experiences? Thanks.
  13. Recently I have decided to jump into the world of skylines so I want to take the first step, buying one! What I am looking for: Price: Under 10k Model: R33 turbo (later the year the better) Transmission: Manual Location: I am located in the north of Brisbane, but for the right car I will travel much further (out of state if needed) Body type: Preferred Sedan but coupe is not a deal breaker Colour: Preferred white or silver Mods: I am looking for a car that is as stock as possible. I have no intension of racing or drifting. This is just a car I would like to have before I have to move on in life. Km: Lower the better I guess I would like any car I am serious about to be inspected by state roads or similar. There are so many R33 for sale I thought this thread might be a better idea than me trying to read through them all potentially missing one. Contact me here or [email protected] Please let me know straight up if this is an realistic request.
  14. Just recently started looking into getting a skyline so this thread has been a great starting point. Thanks!
