I have been told to get myself an FPR. I currently have a 30/25 and im running the stock FPR. Which FPR is more suitable for me?
A Rising Rate or a 1:1 ratio?

RB30/25DET
All Stock internals and CAMs
Power Fc
Walbro Fuel pump
SplitFire coilpacks
Turbo at the moment is a stock RB25 turbo and i will be upgrading to a High flowed Z31 VG30 turbo. Should be running around 250-300kwrw once it is tuned.

Are you running an SR20 or RB?
Also what do you use your car for. The reason I ask is that I'm starting to do circuit events and the car is already as tail happy as it is. So I am not after any more shear horsepower (For the time being anyway) I am just after similar to stock RB25 turbo running 11PSI and power that comes on early and revs to 7000 as the engine does at the moment.

Stock AFM
PowerFC
Eboost2 Controller
R33 GB
4.11 Full Spool
At the moment i am running the stock RB25 turbo and have been told to change it as A it is tool small for the engine size and B it is known to fall apart. I am running it 11 pound boost at the moment but I want to do a lot of track days in it and i don't want any dramas.
Should i have my current turbo rebuilt using no ceramic materials or B replace it with a different model. If so i have absolutely no idea about Turbos so which model do people usually run. I am looking for something that will be a straight swap while keeping my current exhaust manifold. I was told that a XR6 Turbo fits straight in. Could this be confirmed? I am not chasing big power over my current setup but whatever extra I get is a bonus. I am also a fan low down boost.

Rims need to be 4 or multi stud pattern to fit PCD114.3. (wheels off a 180 or s13 will suit)
Colour - either black, bronze or silver . Not after chrome.
16 or 17 inch required.

I have a R31 with an Rb30/25 setup. R33 manual box and Full spool Diff.
What grades/brandes of oil is recommended for my setup? My usage will be 50% track 50% street.
I currently run penrite but going through some of this thread i didn't see Penrite get much mention, i;m more than happy to try others. I am looking to buy in bulk as well.

1) 5 stud conversion kit to suit s13 front and 5 stud conversion for the rear
2) R32 GTR/R33 GTS brakes or better (GTR Brembos) front calipers with or without discs.
3) RB25 breather hoses
4) RB30 oil dip stick

Trying to replace my fuel filter. I have been given instructions to disconnect the fuel pump and run the car to to release pressure but my fuse box does not have a diagram.
Can anyone tell me which fuse it is or even better provide me with a diagram. I have searched and can't find one. Its 1989 silhouette RB30
