Ok So s15's sold in Australia spec S and spec R were both sr20det, while the s15 spec S in japan was NA and the spec R -det.
Edit: Just read somewhere else that jap s15 spec S sr20de isn't allowed to be imported, Would that still qualify for sevs import or just not at all?
Was there only ever the autech version, or was that a base model that had the option of the autech tune, and all were 6speed manual or not, because i've seen an auto one for sale?
There's a easier way to get around the p plate laws, all you have to do is stay on your learners and you can drive whatever car you want provided your with a supervising driver
Will it be worth getting a new used engine and transmission for 33 s2-t shell thats in good condition, and would the total cost be more than just buyin a new 1 for say 9-10

The car was originally a gts-t, I only want to swap the engine for a n/a beacause of the restrictions, no insurance etc, and the engines not in very good condition.
How much would this type of thing cost and how long would it take??
And does it have to be the same (rb series engines) out of another skyline, or can I get one out of a 300zx or something??
is it worth swapping a rb20det out of a 92 gts thats got alot of km's with a n/a engine and how much could you buy a decent engine for and sell the old one??
