could it maybe be an earthing problem? a lot of jap cars seem to run the earthin kits on GTR's....just a thought? not sure if this helps but i also had a similar minor miss when i first got my car back from the rebuild. It was very minor before (twice on the dribve back from sydney) the build but very noticable after...maybe once an hour? i found that my knock sensors weren't connected and had the car retuned connected, and with new copper plugs at charlies and the problem seems to have gone? Might be your plugs not being cool enough? ie 6's and not 7's

hi everyone, i didnt realise that all the pics had dropped off, so they are back up now! i bought a greddy dual pillar gauge holder on the weekend and also bought and installed a pivot shift light. getting some of the interior bits resprayed in the midnight blue 8-)

yeah i went to both charlies and pits. They are both good, but charlies went the exrta distance for my setup and fixed a few problems at the same time.

hey mate, what type of garett turbos are they in the pics?

My mate had a GTR specification manual last night and i can confirm it has the "FS" on the engine plate info, showing that it is a genuine V-Spec. (pics to follow) Also has original auction sheet from japan, showing that the NISMO spedo was fitted after 2,000kms, and what mods it arrived with. Has the additional pump adjacent to the oil filter, and the 4wd ecu in the boot is the Vspec version, checked with the serial numbers. hi, i would also try Charlies Motors. They have left me with a very reliable safe tune. Also been to PITS and i have no real complaints. Charlies were really prepared to go the extra distance to ensure the car was running perfectly though. Mercury MS has a really good setup also, but not sure about tuning GTR's? Cheers, Francisco
