  1. Yeh that's true Troy your testes are your primary producers of testosterone, so they may atrophy a bit, but that's not really an issue provided you have your PCT sorted.
  2. I have absolutely no problems with people that use AAS, but don't necessarily understand why non-competing folk use them. It's really expensive to do properly and if they want to spend there money on that then who am I to stop them. I don't understand the stigma attached to it either, if you are using them and someone asks you about it, why not own it? The people that s**t me off are the bro scientists who spread false information about AAS making you impotent or your balls small, bitch titte etc. Sure they can if you have no idea what you are doing but you'd hope they aren't stupid enough to inject something into themselves without fully understanding it. These people are usually the ones that also chastise users... I'd consider doing a cycle in a year or two if I'm not where I want to be physique or strength wise.
  3. Each to their own I guess, but I don't deadlift for more than 8 reps per set ever, even if its warmup...
  4. Email him, I'm sure he will reply here at some point
  5. Markos sells it for $20, totally worth it imo
  6. I have no doubt you will still get big with PPP, especially if your assistance exercises are all 5+ rep sets. I actually really like it.
  7. If you are considering doing a cycle, make sure you do plenty of research to make sure you do it right. Definently don't wanna mess up your endocrine system!
  8. That guy is a unit! Incline db benching 65kg in each hand is no small feat!
  9. You'd have to be mildly retarded to think you can get anything done in 15 minutes
  10. Regardless of how heavy you are squating 300kg is huuuuge!
  11. I'm sure she appreciates you letting everyone know that haha! But I'm pretty sure most women would have had it at least once...
  12. Devastated, just missed the 3rd rep of 102.5kg bench. Was fighting it for a solid 5 seconds but she was stalled halfway up... Will have to repeat week 6 of 120kg next week
  13. I'm in the same boat man. Doing the 120kg bench program, 135kg squat and 165kg dead. Only been squating and deadlifting since September last year, so plenty of improvements to make in squats and deads.
  14. How old we talkin?
  15. I'll bet that was a lovely trip to europe for that poor soul haha!
  16. After doing deads in the 8-12 reps range for a while and then doing 5x5 and PPP for deads, I definently like the lower reps. Sets of 5 are probably what I like doing the most, but singles and triples aren't bad to mix it up.
  17. Get those bad girls lower! I reckon you need to at least touch the plates of the dumbells to your chest. When you think about it, with the way you are doing it in the vid if that were a barbell you'd be a fair few inches from your chest still...
  18. Everybody wanna be like Kai
  19. Defs check plugs before shelling out for coil packs
  20. Do ppp and you will be there in no time man. 200kg might not seem like anything in the powerlifting scheme of things, but it is definently a tidy 1rm for your average gym goer!
  21. If you arent sweating you are definently not working hard enough IMO
  22. Working out at home does have its benefits in regards to this, no douches!
