Most of the time you won't be able to maintain your usual intensity when you're sick. My rule of thumb is if my symptoms are above the neck then I'll probably still do some stuff. Once I start I re evaluate that depending on how I feel midway through.
Here's hoping you don't win then lol
I probably won't be competing in any of these lower body challenges because my legs are weak as piss. I'll have a dig at dips, chins, bench, shoulder press etc though when they come up.
Proteins are going to have acidic and basic properties depending on what the aa profile of the protein is.
All amino acids have an amine group and a caboxylic acid group coming off of the same carbon. Then they can have another carboxylic acid group or amine group somewhere else in the chain or not at all. The prescence of the second amine or carboxylic group in the amino acid will determine whether it is going to be more basic or acidic.
I really think you are over thinking stuff acid and alkaline proteins, just find a good wpi that you like the taste of and be done with it.
The black dude may have an awesome physique, but he hasn't ever played an nfl game... Only ever good enough for training squads and some 2nd rate league in the US.
Best way to do them i reckon.
I ocassionally do underhand narrow grip as a part of an arm workout, but I concentrate on a slow eccentric phase with those. They definently hit your arms more than back I think.
pretty sure the gtr and gtst both use the same rear strut brace dont they?
I have one in my 33 and i can take apicture of it for you tomorrow if you want. It will be with a crappy quality iphone though...
Nah man no straps, it's only 5 reps each time and I can still hold it pretty comfortably.
If my technique on cleans was half decent I would probably be able to do more I think.
Hopefully deads bench and squat numbers go up a bit, but I've only been squatting and dead lifting since August.
Did the second half of my 5x5 program today. Definently some room for improvement lol.
I think I'll keep doing this style of training once a week and mix it up with some higher rep stuff as well. I've never really trained for strength before so I'll see if I can make some improvement.
Shoulder press 32.5kg dumbells
Power cleans 80kg
Barbell rows 90kg
Deadlift 125kg
Weighted Chin ups 25kg

Insurance for my 33 (in dads name, with me listed as a driver) is like $1300 a year but it's only insured for like $12000.
