It's totally doable natty, it'd just take like 2.5-3yrs of solid lifting and strict dieting. Obviously you won't look the same in regards to long muscle bellies and short tendons (damn genetics) but you would be comparable in terms of size and definition.
I have never done one before in the year that i have been lifting, but today I decided to try out a 5x5 session today and I liked it. I just did the basic sorta lifts:
Bench press 90kg
Incline flyes: 32.5kg dumbells
Dips 42.5kg
Skull crushers 50kg
Squats 105kg
Sldl's 112.5kg
On Monday I'll try out
Shoulder press
Power cleans
Barbell rows
Deadlift
Chin ups
Barbell Curls
I think I might do these types of sessions more regularly to change it up a bit
I always assumed bb chra had oil and water cooling.
I guess no one has had many issues with it though.
What did you guys do with the water lines? Just link the feed to the return with a braided line or something?
Its going up steadily with your 5x5 program
Are bench and squats moving at a similar pace?
on another note, i have decided i enjoy doing back workouts the most. Nothing better than rows, deadlifts and weighted chins
Going off of the road speed between kurtis and jez's graphs there doesnt seem to be that much difference between when they are on full boost.
I remeber reading somewhere that Kurtis' setuo was all in by like 3750rpm but cant recall what rpm jez was hitting full boost.
If the difference is negligible, youd almost go the ts .84 6262 just for the extra power it gives
