  1. Currently only a qualified remedial massage therapist with a 2.5 yr advanced diploma. Give me another 2 yrs and I'll be a physio though
  2. Sorry about that lol. Definitely ice the shoulder regardless. If its painful to put your arm behind your back and try to touch your other shoulder blade or lift it up to the side, chances are its a rotator cuff issue. Probably worth getting it checked out if it doesn't go away with ice. Try getting a ball in between the wall/floor and your shoulder blade and roll around on it till you find a really sore spot and stay there till it fades away. Chances are there are 2-3 really sore spots. They'll probably make your shoulder/arm ache a bit when applying pressure...
  3. Sounds like supra/ infraspinatus issue mate. Do you get pain on resisted or unresisted shoulder abduction or external rotation? Are the tendons tender to the touch at the insertion on the greater tubercle? Supraspinatus is the top tendon and infraspinatus tendon will be 2/3 finger breadths below that. They are easier to feel with you hand behind your back.
  4. You should have a vac hose running from the nipple on the hot side cooler pipe straight to the actuator if you have removed the stock solenoid.
  5. That's a really nice looking manifold. Does it seem to work well running the single gate for a twin scroll?
  6. There is a few examples of 9.5 +22 on 33 gtst's a few pages back. Husky and hektik posted them I think
  7. That sounds awesome dude, congrats. What was the rest of your setup?
  8. I think if you doing any form of resistance training you're going to get gains from it in the long term. But tailoring that program to suit your goal is what will yield the improvements you are most keen to see. Like some people who want to get huge/are huge can lift bugger all weight in comparison to others who were training to get strong rather than aesthetically pleasing. In terms of putting on 10-15kgs of lean muscle, that'd take a while regardless of what sort of training you're doing wouldn't it? I always go with the don't knock it til you try it approach an I haven't done crossfit so I can't comment. It looks pretty tough though!
  9. A well setup .82 gt3076 with an external gate is still pretty responsive on a stock rb25. I guess it's different strokes for different folks and everyone has different definitions and requirements for response.
  10. I reckon go a good cheap ebc like a profec b from the get go because you'll want more power later down the track and it'll be one less thing you have to change again.
  11. In terms of cost to performance e85 on an rb25 would have to be the clear winner. Much easier to do as well and it'll make a wild street setup with a gtrs
  12. I thought the high shaft speed contributed to the Extra heat as well as adding more stress and both those factors put together ended up with the turbine wheel in the cat? Regardless, 10psi will be fine!
  13. Should be fine, especially if its just street driven. You may run into problems if you are out on a track on boost the whole time for a few laps, mainly because of the heat it will generate. The heat is what kills the wheel.
  14. That's solid man, congrats! I wish I could do handstand push ups, still need to get an extra 20kg on the shoulder press before this can happen though haha
  15. Precision turbos are getting a lot of love recently, but with the results they are putting I think it's definently justified. Is there a reason they aren't as common as Garrett's? Like we're they not to good back in the day or something along those lines?
  16. Sounds legit, got a build thread going at all?
  17. Ts housing on the 3040 for science? Or will it not fit?
  18. *heart sinks* Now taking donations to the "buy mitch a 6boost fund"
  19. Is it for a long term project or can we expect numbers reasonably soon?
  20. The only one I can find is a regular gt3076r twin scroll that Scotty did the exhaust etc for. It's got a pretty freakin epic looking graph on 98 let alone the e85 tune! What is the difference between the gtx3076 and the gt3040 wolverine?
  21. I think the gtx range is very impressive going off some of the most recent results. But I personally would probably still sway to the gt3076 If I didn't want to run more then 18-20psi and was internally stock. The gtx3076 would be epic on a built 25/30 running an external gate and pumping 25+psi. Has there been any twin scroll setups for the gtx3076 to combat the smidge of extra lag?
  22. Why is that?
  23. Agreed. On a more serious note, 20psi would probably be the upper limit. Having said that though, there is a few who have run higher with the stock gear and it's fine. All depends how safe you want it to be really.
  24. Yeh, I meant sacroiliac joint. Definently get them to assess your legs, hips and lower back.
