  1. have you/ do you intend to run and atmo bov? If so, go the MAP sensor route. On a side note, can the adaptronic have duel maps/flex fuel setups?
  2. please put some decent sized tyres on them...

Is that exactly how it was worded? Thats a bit harsh haha, Nistune is definently good for the price, but it certainly isnt as good as something like a link g4...
  6. lol kasko, if you want to see an example of how 18x9 +27 sits looks for photos of 33's with r34gtr wheels. They will poke 3mm more then those... Itll fit nice IMO If you want to go 9.5 on the front, you have to go low 20's in offset for inner clearance, so you will get a bit of poke but as the pics on previous pages show it looks tough. Look at it this way, the difference between 9" and 9.5" is 12.5mm. Therefore in the same offset a wheel that is 9.5" will be 6.25mm wider on each side of the wheel, than a 9"
  7. sell the hks and get a stock one, you will make money and your car will run perfectly, win/win...
  8. as everyone has said, you are better off getting a stock replacement bov or a gtr one as they are proven to work. You could probably pick up a second hand gtt bov for like $30-40
  9. i thought you were getting that fuel pump changed to avoid lean out issues? Either way, having to replace the head gasket sucks
  10. Sounds rough, howd you manage to blow the bov off the pipe? Do you mean the return pipe blew off, or that it actually blew the welded flange for the bov on your cooler piping? If its the latter, wow...
  11. if its a stock rb25det and you want to put a hi mount turbo on, you will have to either get a ffp or get some custom cold side cooler piping as it wont work with the stock crossover i dont think.
  12. get your clutch stuff sorted then see if it still does it
  13. Anyone know how much work is involved in getting the r33 s1 cooling panel to fit an s2? Is it a full length cooling panel? Approcimate price on r33 mirror covers, cooling panel and rb25det coilpack cover?
  14. question, how smooth are your gear changes normally and have you got your issues that you were having with your clutch sorted?
  15. you have a aftermarket/tuneable ecu I hope? If not put the old ones back in. Where did you buy them from, if ebay i daresay they will just be highflows
  16. yeh, for me its definently proved itself as a good option for people wanting something a little different than a 3076r. Do they make twin scroll turbine housings for the 5558 or is that only for the larger frame turbos like yours Jez?
  17. Bump your boost up to 22psi like kurtis is running and it'll probably make close to it, its only like 6-7kw... Does it make decent power still on slightly lower boost (19ish) or do you need to run the higher boost to make it meet its potential?
  18. why are they such pricks?
  19. So this turbo is similar size to a gt3076r going off of the numbers its putting out?
  20. car sounds like its an animal!
  21. perhaps you should test a new ss2 out and let us see some results
  22. 500km to a tank is solid economy, with 240kw I only get like 420km
  23. working in the boot of your car is terrible, its so cramped up and you gotta bend yourself up like a pretzel to get in there
