Well, if its up to people how far people put their right foot down, perhaps should arrange for people to drive at 20kmh, filling both lanes, at parliament knock off time and see what they think of playing it safe - what ever happened to common sense and a bit of discretion. eg driving along anzac highway (with a 60k limit....WTF) and drifting over the limit a bit, if there is no one around, or the rest of the traffic was travelling at 70kph, WHO GIVES A F@CK Most people drive to road conditions not bloody speed limits, without this, too many pollies would have to take pay cuts Sorry....... preaching to the converted

Sounds like you have been busy, quite an extensive list. I have no doubts about the boost and hp figure you have, after speaking to Darren at AED, he is convinced he can get a stock head to flow 600hp at 1 bar! How early does boost come on, and when does it come on strong? How steetable do you find it. Hope you dont mind all the questions, but really interested to know. Perhaps someone should point out to the bean counters the revenue they are missing by not enforcing this rule. Seems to me that most people are responsible with speed and will only drive to the conditions, an occasional person drives a bit silly - but so many other people have to get picked up for going a few kays over the limit before the idiot driver gets done - and chances are the fine wont slow down the idiot driver. NB when I say idiot driver, i am talking about irresponsible dicks who like speeding in dangerous places, eg heavy traffic, near schools and small suburban roads etc. Govt 1, public 0. Its a shame the revenue doesnt go back into roads and driver education. Hey, this rant thing aint too bad, eh whatsisname...lol

You might find it a bit cheaper to go a second hand GTR pump, can get them for 250-300 compared with 500 for a 044. I have those mods, and I am only making [email protected], at the time it was about 35deg C. What turbo are you getting? Currently the injectors are starting to show the strain too(up 82.9% when tuned with a Z32 afm, 77.7% when not so well tuned with a sock afm but that was pushing out 191rwkw and pretty lean), so you may want to think about a rising rate reg too. sorry I'm rambling a bit. Agreed, but to tell the truth, when they did this in WA, it didn't really make much difference to travel time etc - just a real PITA trying to remeber to slow down - 'sides I can see 2 good things coming from this 1) I wont have to be constantly changing between 3rd and 4th every time someone slows 5 kays then speeds up again, and 2) Less likely to damage my car (or my kidneys) on the very ordinary roads that exist on smaller streets.

I would think that 400hp could get you there. Zoom (issue 61) do a comparison between the Apexi RX6 and Trust T67 could (and does in the comparison) achieve that sort of power, also the HKS range - 3037S, or 3040 could be worth a look in. Steve
