As long you took the proper steps as Mick mentioned you should hopefully be ok. but yeah in worst case scenario get a traffic lawyer as Terry said. aside from that i'm not sure what kind of brand new parts are available for this. but if you get a repair quote from a panel shop you might be allowed to take a insurance payout relative to the repair costs and then source and fit parts yourself and have it taken to a panel and paint shop for any paint and fine adjustments that may be needed to square everything up. but if the payout is going to be unrealistic then leave it all to them. Priority: VERY 1st thing to do: You and your friend complete and file a Police report as soon as possible. 2nd: Contact the other drivers insurance company with her details and make sure she is actually insured and didn't give you false info
