im running a set of rays
front 18x8 +31
rear 18x9 +33
but the front id like to run a more aggressive maybe +28 because they still dont sit quite flush yet.. but these are my preference...
anyways those are my specs might give u a idea...
hey
check your driveshafts.. and try to find out if one side of the car vibrates more.. i.e. the driver side or passenger side vibrates more... let me know how u go..
goodluck
apparently the paint will start flaking or peeling off later on because you didnt sand them back.. maybe you should off tried a more course sandpaper...
You can also actually adjust the park brakes shoes.. You may or may not know that v35 run a park brake setup where it has like drum brake setup which is in the inside o the rear rotors.. If u take your back wheels off u will see on the around the center of your rear rotor that there is a rubber grommets or plug.. Remove it then turn the rotor with park brake off.. Whilst turning get a torch and peep theru that hole u will see a sprocket looking mechanism.. Turning it will tighten or loosen your park brakes.. From memory it's located towards top of the rotor.. General rule is to tighten it to point where it locks up ad u can't turn the rotor and back off about 3 turns..
also you should have a rubber seal that goes around the globe housing/holder... if u dont have that... then that could be where the water is coming in from.. had same prob on my previous car...
Technically the oil is not bad for the engine it's more to do with our air flow meter.. As it's designed to read air and not oil..
But yes you do run a risk.. But what mod out there, is there that doesnt have side affects or carry risk.. No guts no glory.. Cant expect everything our way..
I run a k&n panel in mine.. Feels like it can breathe ally better.. and also it's a one off purchase and then afterwards u can just clean them.. I found because they slightly oiled.. When u blow them out with the air gun most the crap comes out pretty easy and back to new again.. But thats my opinion.. Others could feel differently..
Hey guys
New on forum but you've probly seen me around.. Just after a front lip if anyone has one for sale.. I've got a 4 door 350gt8 but the front bar looks like the coupe versions.. I think they call it the sports version.. If some one could clarify would be good..
