All BMWs depreciate. M BMWs depreciate FAR less and hold their value pretty damn well. E39s have been around 50k for a low km example for the past 5 years or so. I never had ANY problems with my 98 E36 M3 Evo nor my 1999 E39 540i but both were bought from enthusiasts who cared for them.

I think the most effort I've put into cleaning my car was 30mins. Now I never wash anything, cars are for driving haha. Car looks mint man, nice.
