Obvious one is: MPH But as others have said, yellow compliance plate in engine bay / door jams. If he's getting it inspected - get the shop to look. Also look underneath.. If bolts are rusty, its a pom.

Mechanicals are ok, biggest issue is going to be body and interior. There's loads of info though so best search!

32s / 33s 95% are bunky crap (exc GTRs but even then, its tough). 34s getting that way too. Yeah there's no meets and sau is dead in WA. Best bet is find facebook groups in WA and put the word out. No roadworthies so there's a lot of crap around..
