  1. Thanks for the info
  2. Just spoke to my friend (physio) about what you said. She reckons its highly likely... = Massage, heat and rest. I also don't use the padded roll when squatting.. Maybe need to use that. Did arms tonight, some exercises were a big no go, others ok.
  3. I've seen someone about it when I had it last. They just said rest.. which I did and it went away. Now its back :S Will get a massage regardless though. Also gonna smash the fish oils.
  4. I can do that easy... its weird though. If I do a movement it twinges, repeat doesn't twinge.. However do some other movement and it twinges and the original moment will twinge again too... Looks like I'm out of action for a while... ffs
  5. Just did squats heavy (for me) for the first time in around a year. Next day I have a twinging pain above my left shoulder blade (feels like someone poking a needle to the skin). Have had the pain before but not for a long time.. Any ideas?
  6. As as massive Kobi fan, this is the first thing I agree with that you've said
  7. E36 M3s are lovely. I had the evo with the getrag box. Awesome well rounded car. I love E46s, never been in one though. Pity CSL is SMG only...
  8. Parents won't like the seats in the DC2R or DC5R. R34's are nice, just slow when NA... Couldn't fathom paying more than 7-8k for one.. First car though... Will def scrape or bend it somehow.... NA supra? Your budget will find a SZ-R too. (Getrag, everything bar the 2JZ-GTE)
  9. GL finding a good S2k for the budget though. I'd go something small, fwd and hatch.
  10. Please search google about the dealer you're using.

  14. f**k man. Will def be on lookout.
  15. Strict, lol. Told me hes doing 2700cal day / for 6months and saying he thinks about food non-stop, dreams about it etc.
  16. Auto NA ones basically use the same fuel as normal driving in a turbo manual cause the auto saps fuel plus its so slow that you're constantly giving it revs. I'd save for a good man turbo.. 2c.
  17. Westy's Tyre Warehouse
  18. Yeh beast legs, shoulders and back. here's the 118kg pic. I think I need to stand next to him for comparison or something for you to realise size. He used to be on here but not now (not this section though).
  19. 6ft2 ish, maybe more his 118kg pic was funny hah but really hes just fkn huge and ripped -_- Also, why don't we have a current selfie thread
  20. Ideal physique = my mate who got me into gym in first place. Reckons he's not done yet and has another 6kg to shred (102 in pic). hopefully he doesnt mind me posting
  21. lol of course; all paint shops are rip offs
  22. Without going through 55 pages, is there anyone in Perth who can convert a 300GT into English? Approx cost / features gained/loss would be good too...
  23. Thanks for the replies, will stick to 98, do the clean, see what mech says about blocking off EGR & putting in a resistor (no chance of an illuminated fault light on the dash on mum's car.. haha).
  24. Sounds like the bill won't be cheap... Also, 95 or 98 RON fuel? Will it make a difference? Its mum's car so won't ever get driven hard.
