  1. I think this thread is a dead end. The Ecu is locked. Got it You got a new tuner to look at it? So what happened? He couldn't give you a new tune? Or that wasn't the problem? I still firmly believe that there are 2 sides to each story and your side sounds not so compelling.
  2. Back on topic then. Op did you do anything to find what was wrong? Or are you going with the tune is shit and that's why the car won't start?
  3. You might as well sell your car now if you think that gapping spark plugs is a pain haha
  4. The password part I totally agree with and which is ridiculous. That is not what I was expressing.
  5. There is no warranty on a tune. Sure you may have some warranty on a freshly built motor. Once you enter the modifying game it's fingers crossed and hope for the best. As for the ops problem. What mods do you have? Have you done anything to check? Does it turn over? Do you have spark? Do you have fuel? Have you popped a intercooler hose? Are your spark plugs black and or wet? Come on mate. I know your tuner may not be helping you which is a dog act. However, try and sort some of the basics before blowing your top. If you have already done all of this then please continue.
  6. How much do you want to spend?
  7. 400kw will be plenty for you. We can all have peak power but it's the area under the curve. And I think yours will be fine now with exhaust being updaed
  8. Now what about power?! Surely they are done on the dyno.
  9. Well at least it isn't disappearing into the motor. That would be suck. Also metal and heat are interesting in their own way. But surely there would be a green/white stain down the radiator or at least at the bottom. I'm glad they found it though.
  10. I'd do it cold. Also has this just appeared out of the blue? Or did you just get the car?
  11. Go through the idle reset procedure for your ecu and see if that changes the cold start.
  12. What ecu? And how cold is it outside?
  13. Say what?! if they have -11 at the end then all you have to do is gap them down to 0.8. If they are the same heat range as what is required then it makes zero difference! I have gotten spark plugs that were meant to be gapped at 0.8 but were all over the shop, 0.7 - 1.0 on a batch of six
  14. Just go and search dude. You're not the first one to want to change things on your car. Or you know just go get those -10's that are on sale. Best buy. I can't wait to be old and watch a Aussie car rescue show and they find a gtr with a spun bearing in a shed.
  15. Please tell me that is not the case
  16. Take to someone who is a bit more helpful. What state are you in? Run it up on another dyno and check the afr's. Unless you can get the current tuner to give you the dyno graph with power boost and afr's. Then post them up on here
  17. Wow, really?! Shows how well designed the stock air box is then.
  18. I understand. The more structured information you give us the better. How about you start from the beginning. What did the tuner say is restricting it? Have they dropped the cat? By not cooling properly do you mean coolant or intake temps?
  19. Oh my god! For the love of the Internet, please take your time and write a response that does not make you look like a illiterate who should have been swallowed at conception.
  20. I like measuring my member in mm than inches. Makes it seem longer
  21. Put standard intake back in
