    Hey guys. Now I have gutted quite a few cats in my time but I have never attempted a 100 cell metal cat. Am I going to be hating life when I try and bash this sucker out? Or am I just to follow the same principle as doing a ceramic cat? *Note: This is only for motorsport use. Cheers

    That valve can be removed in car. It's not that hard but will chew up time.

    Yes I mean the pads. So like this. Firm foam pad with course polish. Medium foam pad with medium polish Soft foam pad with finishing polish. (Usually a very light polish) As far as that sandpaper goes. You need to test it out on a panel. See how much Orange peel you can remove without using sand paper. You shouldn't need to worry that much. There should be a good few microns of clear on the car. Just take the bare minimum off

    You also have that ling long turbo. Why so many threads on all these problems? I think guys should have one thread "my car is a mechanical abortion" Go out and get a power fc or something tunable so that you can make it run the way it should. Unless you know you have low compression in the motor and didn't check it before purchase.

    You need to get some products that are much more aggressive. Go out and get 3 grades of polish. A course Medium Fine I recommend menzerna. But if you don't want to wait for shipping then walk into to supercheap. They have the meguiars professional range. Personally I wouldn't even use a wool pad. I hate them. I would use a firm pad and my most aggressive polish to get that paint up
