  9. I love driving my gf's Mazda Tribute, cops just drive straight past me. Even when I did a u turn at a set of lights in front of a coppa. If I was in the skyline Id be walking to work. haha

  12. *UPDATE* Watched my car get tuned yesterday from 2 - 6 haha. Was nice to see it get progressively better. Run down as of yesterday: 1000cc ID injectors Walbro 400lph Greddy profec B spec II Power FC No name front pipe 2x 3" / 1x 3.5" 4" 100 cell cat -9's 312kw 19psi 303kw 18psi 287kw 16psi Yavuz did some more tuning this morning with the cold start and said the tune is coming up very nicely Only problem, there is a little oil leak somewhere. If it isnt serious then the car will come back to me today. If it is serious well then Im sure I have bigger things to worry about. Stay posted for what the deal is later today.
  13. I also thought so nismoid. Must be my cat/front pipe/ maf combo. But the power is good and drives strong im told. So its not causing restrictions around the 300 mark. Hopefully find out in an hour what the deal is with my car
  14. 10 psi!!!! Jesus. For sure will be looking at new dumps in the future. But I wish to enjoy the new found power. Besides it keeps me interested in the car if there is always something to do. Are you running mafless?
  15. My results during today's tuning session, will hopefully get the car tomorrow after a little more tinkering. But, 312kw at 19psi 303kw at 18psi 287kw at 16psi Will be posting graph and took some videos as well. First I want my car back. But basically the run down is, my cat is being a bitch, 4" 100cell. I have a big front pipe, 2x3" 1x3.5". Stock 33 dumps though. They are most likely causing the most restriction. Also afms are maxing out. All in all, happy . I just want to drive it already.
  16. Hmmm... When you said pop that definately sounded like a intercooler hose coming off. Maybe you popped another vacuum hose somewhere. Do you hear a whistling or sucking? Black smoke when it happened? Car is perfectly fine now?
  17. My gearbox was kind of like that after the oil was replaced. But after a couple 100 km's the oil must have moved its way around all the synchros and just bedded in. Box feels great now. Still doesn't like it when it's cold but a couple minutes of driving and there are no problems. Do you sense a difference between cold and hot? As in after driving a whole it shifts better?

  20. Your approach to testing the power of your car strikes me as childish. I can go and say, "I dyno'd my car yesterday with my Iphone, got 300kw, fck yeh (self hi 5)" Or "Went and got my car dyno'd today at blahblah, car pulled a good 300kw with nice power curve and AFR's, boost was steady, car's looking pretty good" Which phrase do you prefer?! Or do you prefer peak power reading other than power curve? I know which one wins races.
