  5. I hear meguiars UC is good. But Im all about using what I cant find at supercheap haha. To all those detailers out there. What do you use as your toughest cutting compound? One that leaves a good finish, not one that swirls.

  9. Lubricant specifically for clay barring. The other quick detailer leave a film from the wax which is not ideal for the paint correction stage of things. Well I dont know what the real go is, but I wash it properly after claying. Just to get anything else off that the clay bar might have lifted.

  11. Hey SAU So yesterday I went out to carcareproducts and bought myself a Mint DAS6 Starter kit. And then I spent 6 hours going over my whole car. Process-------> Wash Clay'ed Wash 5 hours of polishing with the Menzerna stuff that came with it Waxed with Meguiars Gold Class Let it settle (tik tok) Covered it with Zaino Z-CS paint sealant End result? Wow, is all I can say. That paint has never looked better. I'll have to go over the roof and the boot again. All the years of tree sap or something has etched it too much for the polish that I was using. But swirl marks and all light scratches are now a thing of the past. Let me know what you think of my first time using a RO polisher.

  13. SIR_RB You scared me yesterday when you said the dreaded "T" problem haha. But I can safely say the car is running and running great actually. All 6 of my spark plugs were in horrible condition. Completely black. No wonder the poor thing didnt want to start. But the car is running smoother than ever. I think its because I went from the ngk 7's that were in there with BCPR6's. So lesson learned. If car decides to retard to rich map, replace spark plugs afterwards.
  14. Shit I hope its not my turbos either. I didnt think thats possible. Well put it this way. Tomorrow im going to check spark plugs. And when I replace them if the car is still running dead then Its going to the mechanic. Then we'll hopefully find out what the problem is.
  15. Ur sounds like a real hectic suby still. Well I'll be checking them tomorrow, so let's see how they go. If I need new ones, will bcpr6es be fine? I read that they are fine for mild slowpoke tune. I'm only on 12 psi boost and 250rwkw.

  17. Ok back to the drawing board. I have hooked up the intercooler pipe that popped off but the car is acting even wierder now. My battery was flat so I just got it jump started then. But the car is running terrible. What else could have gone wrong?! It's not like before where I put the throttle down and I could at least hold the revs. But not now. It just wants to stall straight away. Wtf else could have happened. Let me just note that I checked the passenger side first and did not think to go to the drivers side. Any more help/advice?
  18. Thanks for the tips guys. But as was said before it was a fairly easy find after you take all the parts off. I didn't take the bumper apart, I just took the front lip and all the belly plastic off and vuala the on the passenger side, just above the indicator blew off. I feel so much better now . Thanks again you are the best

  20. You mean the one that connects the the twin turbo pipe? If so, it doesn't look like it blew off.
