  1. talking about coils as per previous suggestion from kiwi. staying OT Spot on. Relax, its the internet, no one is going to take a cotton bud to a afm.
  2. Why the hell is it going to be hot?!
  3. Oh, I just mean the fact that it's Japanese haha. Just like those jap exhausts
  4. What a bargain o.O Where's piggaz he will tell you all about this motor
  5. For future you can just buy electronic contact cleaner as the afm branded ones are marked up like something stupid. Also yes spray that bad boy in there and probably use some cotton buds
  6. The daily is still heading with all this constant rain. That's not bad
  7. Standard dumps -> 2.5"/3" front pipe -> 3" cat back Now, hpi dumps -> 3"/3.5" front -> 3.5" cat back ( has step downs so still a 3" really)
  8. Hks super turbo
  9. So unfortunately not able to make any new record top dyno numbers today. But at least it's only a number and I'll see what the quarter has to say. Anyway, after the new dumps/front pipe and cat back the curve shifted left. Which is great, more midrange but top end dies. Jez just had to put the 1 psi back in that it dropped. Other than that the tune was sweet. Soooo, the reason for the drop could be a number of things. No air leaks which is great but then again could mean motor is getting tired or the cat kinda is dying haha. I will investigate further but not worried as the car feels great. Green was tune 2 years ago on standard dumps, spaghetti front pipe and old cat back. Red is new with beefy exhaust system.
  10. Good on you for doing research prior.
  11. At least I can pick up a few of them then.
  12. next thread, "my car leaned out and I dont know why"

  17. coz all the thieves are in nsw.
  18. http://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/104405-spark-plugs/ Read my young padiwan. And I should note: run 7's if you are running high boost.
  19. I am sure your ability to Google will become better in the very near future. Firstly you need to stipulate what boost you are running as that will determine what heat spark plug you should run. You don't need iridiums. Don't kid yourself. You don't HAVE to buy pre gapped if you have a feeler gauge then gap them yourself. It is good practice to check the gaps on the plans prior to installation. For you I would probably recommend bcpr7's and gap em to 0.8 before you do anything else. Does the loom look rooted? If not then don't touch it. I don't see why people are blaming the loom before anything else.
  20. All they do is liquidate and then change their name. Free clean slate
  21. Oh right. That's actually quite neat
  22. Wow that took forever! Motive ftw haha. Got it from the states in a matter of weeks.
  23. here is the install from the manual. If you read carefully it does not say you "must" use a relay. Says if in doubt. And draws 3 amp, your cigarette lighter draws more lol Connect the RED wire to an isolated switched 12V source in your vehicle. A switched 12V source goes ON as soon as “key on” power is active. The circuit to which you will pull power from should be able to support a 3 amp draw. Make sure this connection is protected with a 5A fuse. Circuits that share power with the vehicle’s stereo, ignition system, ECU, lighting, or fuel pump should not be used. When in doubt, create an additional circuit using an automotive relay available at any automotive parts supplier. See the next section for a relay installation diagram. The BLACK wire should be grounded to a solid ground source. The best possible ground source would be the battery ground (-) post.
