  2. To put it in perspective. I placed 9th in this round of supersprint.
  3. The gtr was always a worry. If it wasn't overheating it was throwing up coolant everywhere. Lol
  4. If it wasn't your fault why don't you go through insurance?
  5. That's great value for the yokos lol
  6. 3"tbe 1300 IDs DW300 274 cams Flex fuel Standard turbo Standard ecu Whiteline sway bars MCA XRs DBA5000 front DBA4000 rear Forza FP3 pads I could only get 2 sessions in at Wakefield before I destroyed one of the NT01s. Still lots of time to be made up. I want to get into the 1'05s lol. Next change is to try out the nankang ar1 tyres. This will be my first step away from a 100 tw tyre.
  7. New Wakefield pb. 1'06.9.
  8. Yellow jackets don't last. Splitfires are money well spent. Try using Google as the search engine and referencing sau
  9. You don't
  10. Rs-rr are good. For the close to the same money you can pick up nt01s. Tyres make a huge difference. If you put z221s on it would probably wipe a solid 2 sec off that time lol
  11. Car takes speed from rear
  12. Sorry. But I'm just getting tired of the constant tirade of you trying to sell me things.
  13. I've had 275's in semi slicks on the front of a r33 gtr with no issues.
  14. No. Unless you're offering things for free then I'm not interested.
  15. Haha thought that was 6k new 33 gtr box used to be 3k too
  16. Getrag is 30 gazillion times stronger than a evo 6 speed
  17. Brand new. Wow that's some coin for a evo. It is an RS with all the bits though.
  18. The gearbox is around 3k for a 9rs box
  19. I contacted dashsport. But they are getting very rare. This was his last one and doesn't know when he'll get another.
  20. Thanks man. But I think it's to late haha.
  21. Not the reason why it's stiff to select gears between 3rd and 4th. Something to do with a selector spring or something breaking off. You have to disassemble a fair amount of the box just to put that tube in. It isn't a 5 min job and needs to be done by a workshop.
  22. It's not availability. The story goes: Mitsubishi didn't think that parts were necessary for 1 2 synchro. You can buy the whole assembly that includes the synchros, but it costs $1500 + lol. So it's better to go 5 speed. Especially in the long run. Upgraded synchros are plentiful for them.
  23. Price difference between rebuild and 5 speed is minimal. In for a penny in for a pound. And problem with 6 speed rebuild is that you can't get new 1-2 synchros. I suppose we'll see if it shaves time off.
  24. It's kind of shit gig to get the 6 speed rebuilt not many people want to do them. They were never meant for track work. I was going to get the whole thing rebuilt while it was off to the shop, but I've been advised by a few shops to not bother. So I'm putting a brand new 5 speed box in.
