    Id say the issue is that its 2.5" at the dumps where in a usual 3.5" exhaust setup it would have a beefier front pipe.... Just saying things for the sake of things

    I think you expected to much from a 40 weight. Now you run 60 weight and oil cooler which should have been done from day dot for track (maybe 50 instead). I dare say you try castrol 40 weight and you will have the same if not more issues.

    Soooooo, filled up today. With normal driving (I mean squirt here, squirt there) on E85 I have reached a pretty low 14.6l/100. My lowest was all freeway on 11l/100. And I thought I'd crack it the SLR today, then the sun decided to run away. Oh well. Still quite purple without direct sunlight.

    Maybe. Depends how good the job is. I don't think you realise how much work it will take to pull off a proper colour change. Boot engine door jams are all factors that will make it look cheap if left untouched.

    Just put turbo on. De and det are exactly the same. Nissan made it easy for conversion

    Definitely will reduce performance. Heaps of oil there where you dropped it. Seizing is very possible.

    Yeh probably limited on 98. Stock motor power limit? how long is a piece of string. Generally over 20psi put arp studs in.

    Do joc to check. Does it have 25k mileage? I don't think it does. Still looks tidy but not a 35 grand car.

    A handful have claimed 380kw @25 psi. I think 25psi would be the absolute max for them.

    Get feeler gauge. No need for "gapping tool". A light tap to close the gap on something firm is perfect. Besides this is a na skyline, you shouldn't be having spark blow out. Unless your igniter has carked it Did you use genuine cool packs and harness?
